My family had to catch a bus at the airport in the early morning. During check-in the night before, the front desk informed us that airport shuttle would be available at all times in the morning. We went to the front door 40 minutes in advance to ensure sufficient time to the airport, but as we told the front desk and the shuttle driver that we had to be at the airport by 7:35, they insisted that the shuttle had to wait for crew members and refused to head out to the airport. We chose this hotel because of the convenience of airport transportation, but the stress from the front desk's misinformation and stubbornness of the airport shuttle schedule were extremely disappointing.

Our room was perfect. Very clean. Breakfast had everything. Eggs, sausages, potatoes, variety of sweets, fruit, juices, waffles. Coffee was great. Place was always busy, meaning the rooms were full. Cant go wrong when airline staff stayed there.

We were given a disabled room. Air conditioning was not cold so requested to be moved but they said they were full. Contacted property several times a week before checking in on how to contact for airport shittle. They never replied until a day after checking out.
