I had no issues with the room, or the area. The only issue I had is that the staff was not friendly. The woman that checked us in was actually on the rude side. Normally I don’t care, but honestly, she just could’ve been a lot nicer considering she’s dealing with public.

The shower was the best shower we had during our road trip. However the hairdryer didnt work, I asked for a replacement and it never came. FYI our map gps took us to a different street address for comfort Inn and suites and then the address delivered us to the back door.

I was surprised that they charged $20 for parking in their parking lot after charging $239/ nightly. We were in an accessible room and the shower holder was broken and we had to duck to get under the other one. Otherwise, a good nights sleep was what we needed, so in that way it fit the bill.

This is a lovely hotel that provides free shuttle service to the airport and a continental breakfast for people traveling, and close to Logan. I really enjoyed my stay even though it was short.

Hotel is at least 15-20 minutes walking from the subway. Lots of traffic surrounding hotel. Pizza Days is listed as a nearby restaurant. I ordered online for pickup, but when we walked to the store only 5 minutes away, it was closed. It should be removed from the list.

Convenient location and clean room. We had a problem with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Instead of waiting 15 minutes we waited 50. They had made a mistake and our shuttle driver went to another terminal to pick someone up. There is no regular pickup to the terminals you have to call them and ask to be picked up so it was very frustrating after a 10 hour flight to stand on the sidewalk waiting! I would have appreciated an apology.

When you stay at any hotel, you typically can park in the hotel’s designated guest parking. To my surprise, I had to pay $20 for one night’s stay of parking and had no choice…pay it or I couldn’t stay there. What’s next in the money grab department? Paying $5 for the key to your room? Maybe $3 for a couple of tissues for your runny nose? These are not suggestions. They’re sarcasm meant to point out how money grabby some of these places are. And all the hotels are likely doing it. Pretty disgusting to say the least. Otherwise, clean, polite staff, and secure.
