Was super easy to arrange pick up at airport. Front desk staff at check in was informative. Bed was comfortable but seemed small for size room, could use a queen size. Bath towels were extremely rough.

Excellent customer service- if you are traveling I highly recommend their park and fly option. The shuttle drivers were great. I saw a review saying that someone had to wait for pickup on their return but we had no problem at all and were picked up within 10 minutes of calling on a busy Saturday evening. It was $600 less for us to drive, park for a week, stay overnight, and fly out of Boston, than to fly out of our airport- we will definitely stay/ park here again.

First time trip to Boston for a track and field competition. This was a great place to stay as it was conveniently located near the venue and the airport. The airport shuttle was great as well. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly hotel staff. The hotel breakfast and attached restaurant were great perks as well.
