When we pulled up to the hotel we immediately had a bad feeling - the signage made it seem barely like a real hotel and there was a woman laying on the ground outside. Soon after a man came up who seemed to be with the woman and asked us what address it was. When we went inside you can't help but notice the bullet-proof glass around the front desk. The room looked clean enough but we decided it didn't feel safe to stay there so we left despite losing the full amount for the stay.

Decent hotel convenient to I93. Hotel was understaffed and the computer systems were not working. At check-in there was a line waiting - after 15 min we left and went out for dinner as it appeared it would take a lot longer. The limited staff were all helpful and friendly but hampered by limited resources.

It’s an older property. They do have an excellent continental breakfast. The location was perfect to drive into Boston and the airport. There was plenty of parking.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Registration staff could be a little friendlier. It was a little off putting that the check-in counter had protective glass in place. Made us question the safety of staying there. Our visit was without mishap.

The property was good. Not load at all. The breakfast was great. They have lots eat. The beds could be a lil more comfortable, but we did sleep okay. I liked that they have lots Of parking and the place is not loud, neither is the area. It’s also very close to the freeway. Did not take is any time to get to Boston or Salem which we did a lot. I would stay here again.
