We arrived early and decided to have a late lunch. We were glad we chose to eat at the Inn. The food was amazing. The waitress was great. Everyone was friendly. We had a room in the main building and couldn’t have loved it more. It was larger than we expected with a gorgeous view of the square. We loved how close we were to shopping and other restaurants. It is truly a walkable area. Would recommend highly to travelers with interest in history and gastronomy.

It was different that what we expected, we extended our time for 2 nights but there’s a lot of extra fees that they didn’t mentioned, we travelled with my service dog (trained for epilepsy 22lbs) by the policy online it says $35 non refundable fee but when we got in the hotel they charged us $75 no refundable for the dog stay, also we were supposed to be in a non smoking area but everything in the hallway smelled like cigarettes, otherwise people were very friendly and kind.

Historic hotel, great location, great value.
Historic hotel in the best location imagionable. Very cool. Loved the historic tavern and restaurant within. And the ability to walk to so many historic Concord sites. And, a great value. This hotel made my trip.

Loved historic nature of the place and its location. Restaurant experience was poor - both with the food and the slow/uncaring waitress. Room was nice in the historic main building but you could never have the shades open because you were looking right out onto the street and sidewalk. Thus no view at all. Parking was available but difficult.

Room was much smaller than appeared on the website. They advertised breakfast being available, but it is only available on weekends. The TV had cable, but was not a smart TV. Very small shower that was hard to turn on. Front desk attendant was very unhelpful.

Not at all as pictured. We slept in a no frills room with no curtains and a dirty carpet. The radiator was not adjustable and our room was overheated to the point where we had to keep the window open all night in late October.

The Inn is beautiful on the outside but very basic guest rooms. Unfortunately I forgot an item and received poor customer service in my attempts to communicate with management. I will no longer recommend this hotel to visiting friends.
