Staying in the Historic Inn makes the quirks fade away. We've stayed in the main house and the basement annex when we travel with our dog. The main Inn is preferable but I appreciate the dog friendly option.

Our room was an incredible value! The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat. While we couldn’t take full advantage of all that Concord had to offer, we certainly hope to during future stays! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The receptionists, kitchen staff, and snow crew specifically went above and beyond to ensure our stay during the blizzard was comfortable. After I asked if there was a microwave available for me to make oatmeal for my 1 year old daughter, the kitchen (which was closed for breakfast that day) staff insisted on delivering eggs, toast, and hot chocolate to our room, and so graciously! If I hadn’t stopped them, I think they would have included a four course meal on the house! We had a lovely lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant later that day too. Snow crews worked diligently to plow and shovel out all of the cars from the hotel lot in what seemed like record time. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! We only wish we had a couple more days to enjoy.

Iconic historic inn. Small room but cosy and comfortable. Well maintained and clean. No elevator for some might be tricky with stairs but staff were very friendly and helpful. In room fridge was $45/night extra…restaurant under renovation so limited…A beautiful location.

Because of snow storm, they let us check in early. We had dinner in hotel which was delicious and convenient. The most outstanding thing was all cars in the parking lot were cleared around and each car, besides snow plowing the lot completely. Very impressive considering the 20 inches of snow.
