Location is great - close to a 7-ll and the Prudential Center for transportation, dining and shopping. Charming brownstone neighborhood. Small but very efficient room with nearly anything you want. Bathtub didn't hold water, and we didn't quite figure out the TV, but both quite minor issues. Staff very friendly and very helpful.

For the exuberant cost, this felt like a bad dorm room. Not near check in but 1/4 mile away. Hoofed it with luggage down 2 streets

We had a great stay at the Copley House. Wonderful apartment and a fantastic location. We traveled to Boston for a concert in Fenway Park, which was an easy walk from the apartment. Thanks for everything.

It was a pleasure to stay in these classic brickrow houses. They have been updated, and are clean with home comforts. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My family and I rented two rooms on second floor of one of these row houses. This one had beautiful stain glass on front entryway, with parking behind the building. There was laundry available in the building. Each room had a kitchenette, comfortable bed, sofa bed, and unique balcony. The Copley House is within walking distance of Copley Square, Boston Public Library, Trinity Church, Old South Church, Boston Public Gardens and Boston Commons. Staying at the Copley House showed us an experience of living in 19th century Victorian Boston (with modern conveniences).

Upon checking in, they never told us we were on the 4 th floor. Anyone with health conditions should be informed there are many steep steps to take up. This would have been a factor when picking this place. Our room key was 745 which also gave no indication it was in the 4th floor. Disappointing information!!

Location, location, location! This place is in the heart of Back Bay! Everything you need is around the corner (restaurants, convenience stores, fast food, shopping mall, subway stop). The staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable!

Amazing location, perfect for a solo trip, and I would definitely come back. The only issue was that someone knocked on my door at midnight, claiming I was in the wrong room. Fortunately, I was still awake and able to respond.

Good location close to shops and transport. A nice walk to major Boston attractions although give yourself a good couple of hours if you want to take in everything. Property is cool and typically Boston. Inside there is plenty of space for a small family.

An enjoyable visit to Boston
It was a good-sized room with a kitchenette which was very useful. The map provided by the hotel was not detailed enough to find our way around the city. The visit to Harvard University was amazing. This hotel is very well situated to see the historical area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The ground floor room we were paid $370! on our 30th anniversary has neighbors who party outside all night-so no sleeping.The staff knows this is a problem, and give an after hours number to complain (there is no 24 hour desk), and say they can call the police. Only book if they give you a room in the back of the building.

The lovely details of the converted townhouse with the fireplace, dining table and kitchenette - plus a little deck really enhanced our enjoyment of our Boston visit. The neighborhood had many food options from Whole Foods to yummy restaurants.
