This is a great property and the staff went above and beyond. We asked if they happened to have a corkscrew and not only did they bring us a corkscrew, but also brought wine glasses. Very thoughtful!

Great location. Easy off the highway. Walkable to many attractions. Cute hotel. Staff was very helpful. We used valet- but you could very easily find a parking garage on your own across the street. I liked the coffee machine downstairs.

I stay here every time I pass through Boston, arriving from Europe, bound via Amtrak for a place in New England. Several times a year. Always a nice stay, and convenient for Amtrak's Back Bay Station.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The room's lights could be a little brighter though. The bathroom has a smaller mirror for make up which was useful. It was thoughtful of the owners. Our boys like the gym, which allowed them to continue their daily exercise. Our experience with the valet was good. Their service was prompt and satisfactory. Location of the hotel is good as it is near Star market, shopping mall and the hop on hop off bus-stop. There are dining options nearby as well, like Luke's Lobster and The Cheesecake Factory within walking distance. Overall, it was very pleasant experience. We will stay at the hotel again if we are in Boston.

I was desperate enough to stay here again and was even further disappointed by the mold in the smaller room's bathroom. I wish I could provide pictures of the mold that had been growing in the grout of the shower tiles so long that it was seeping onto said tiles.

Just what we expected!
We walked into the room skeptical of whether it would look like in the ad. We were pleased to see that it was. The room was very clean and everything was working great, specially the bathroom. It was very obvious the hotel is regularly serviced and clean.

A great Bostonian experience.
The front desk was above and beyond upon our arrival. The room was extremely clean. Very quiet environment. The neighborhood is amazing, many restaurants closed by. Will book again if it's available.

Bathroom had small amounts of mold around the tub and there was an OPEN HATCH IN THE CEILING. AC was blowing moist air and didn't work particularly well (doesn't reach max OR minimum setting of 75 and 65 respectively.) Check-in was difficult and when I got an extension (desperate to get another day of rest to make up for the mold) I was given attitude for not having a card with my updated name PHYSICALLY ON IT that I assured the manager would work. I hope to never be desperate enough to stay here again.
