This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3 stars. The rooms are tiny and some have a view of any alley way. There are no amenities in the room aside from a fridge and safe. No coffee maker, clock, hotel information manual, or even a pad and pen. Do not recommend for the price.

Not a 4 star hotel
I can’t believe this room cost over $500 a night. The only thing good about this place is the location. The rooms are very small and worn. The most disturbing thing though was seeing the light turn on and off of the other person’s room/bathroom through the vent. You could hear toilets flush and people brushing their teeth very clearly.

The hotel was a good place to stay in the center of Boston. Staff were very friendly & helpful when I arrived & checked in. My room was clean & comfortable, the one negative thing was the noise from a fan, or some motor running during the night. I would stay here again. Thanks,

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a LOT. The building is beautiful, but not very well maintained. There was mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom, the showerhead leaked and sprayed out of the shower, and worst of all, the air conditioning didn't work well. It was 78 in my room one morning when I woke up.
