Check in staff was rather lame and inattentive. In part hard to understand (heavily accented English). More interested in talking to each other at first before taking care of the guest. Check out was much better.

The property is located in a prime location, easy access to multiple train lines, very walkable, close to Fenway, Charles River, and you can even walk to downtown in a nice warm day (~30 minutes). The rooms are very spacious as well as the lobby area.

From check-in with the warm and efficient front desk staff to convenient parking to the welcoming lobby to our super comfortable room - this place is a great spot in Brookline!! Super accessible shopping, coffee shops and restaurants make it a perfect location too.

Very good experience

Overall a very good experience. The lounge seemed to be understaffed. We waited for someone to appear to take our order. But when my husband asked if he could get breakfast at 7 pm, they checked with the chef who was very willing to accommodate him. :-) And the location was great for our trip to Brigham and Women's.
