The property and staff were ok only issue we had was the tv was tinted blue ( I've heard this is a on going issue there ) and when I brought it up to staff by calling down they stated oh we know it's a on going issue we are working on replacing them .. sand that was about it at first they didn't really seem like they care. Later I mentioned something to them walking by the desk and they did end up giving us free breakfast one day ( we were there for two). Also about midnight went down stairs to go out side to smoke a cig with the wife and the guy behind the desk was sleeping behind the desk ( who knows maybe had a rough day and it's boring idk )

We reserved a room in November of 2023 for August 24, 2024 for Kenny Chesney’s concert. The day of the concert we checked in around 10am knowing we would not get to our room until after the concert. We were told everything was good, we’ll call you when your room is ready. We arrived about 1:30am after the concert and we were told “we have bad news”. They had no rooms even though we reserved months ahead and checked in that morning. Oh, they got us a room at another place 20 miles away. Seriously! You gave our room away and didn't care less. Poor customer service!

We had a free breakfast card to be used in the coffee shop area. We stood there for 2-3 minutes before being acknowledged. The woman who helped us never looked at us. Honestly the 2 employers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed like they were overwhelmed even though we were the only ones there. Did not know how to speak with courtesy to the public. Our room had the ceiling spackled in the bathroom. No sanding or painting on top of spackle. The shower didn’t work properly and constantly dripped water. The guests above us were loud at 1am. I would not stay at this Marriott again. This hotel needs a refresh.
