While there was a mixup on booking the hotel staff was able to modify the room to accommodate us better. Outside the hotel is beyond their control but one night at 2am there was obnoxiously loud music playing for about 10 minutes. Almost positive it came from a car. Other than that it was good.

Furnishings were old and scuffed. No refrigerator to store cold drinks or left over food. Housekeeping was slack- they did something with my bathroom trash can and I had to leave trash on the counter. They just threw towels/washcloths on the sink and did not roll them up as they were when I first came to room. They also didn’t replace condiments used for coffee (e.g. creamer). Room rate not really worth the price

Clean and comfortable. Very short walk from the Orange Line station and right next to the theater we went to. Small restaurant inside the lobby was convenient. Not many menu choices, but the food was very good. Staff was very friendly.

This property needs major updates. The rooms are hot and stuffy and the air circulation is awful. The rooms need to be updated with new beds. The beds are comfortable but need to be two queens instead of two doubles.
