Solid choice in the theatre district

We booked two rooms because with two 6-footers in our family, it's hard to share beds, so we needed 4 beds. While adjoining rooms weren't available (which is what I mistakenly assumed we would get when I booked the two rooms simultaneously), we were at least given adjacent rooms, which was appreciated. I had paid for early check-in, so we were able to get to our rooms pretty quickly. The staff was great, very friendly and efficient. The rooms themselves were fairly spacious. Given that we were doing a LOT of walking to visit several college campuses, we brought our flasks and were delighted to find a Bevi machine in the lobby! We were able to fill up with ice and water (flavored!) as we logged many miles on foot. We didn't get to try the bar or breakfast this time around. But we did learn that despite signage that indicated a Starbucks was in the lobby, there was no Starbucks in sight. But that's just a super minor thing. There's no shortage of nearby places to grab coffee!

Solid stay in theater district

Check-in service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast service (buffet) was clean, fast, fresh and very attentive and helpful. Room was good, met expectations although showing some signs of age. Everything in the room was clean and worked fine but feels like it could use a refresh soon. Overall would recommend especially for proximity to Chinatown, restaurants and theater district.
