The shuttle service was impossible to reach - wound up taking a Lyft to property. The TV did not work - called front desk - said they would send someone- never arrived. Overpriced for poor service.

This hotel was exactly what I needed after a long travel day with late arrival into Logan. Easy/free/convenient shuttle to/from the airport was quick and reliable. The room was comfortable and quiet. I was able to sleep/rest and be productive the following day. Very happy with my stay and will likely be back.
