Excellent Customer Service and Food

EXCELLENT STAY and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great loacation and Dianna and Michelle made the extire experience along with the front desk staff The food iand drinks were delicious! Every meal I had was amazing! The room was comfortable but I wish it had been a bit more organized as the shower ring was broken. I highly recommend this hotel and will be going back for all my future stays in Boston!!!!

We usually stay here when we go to things in Boston as it’s cheaper than staying in the city. This time though, the Wi-Fi was horrible and the water pressure in the shower was bad too! When did the 10.00 parking fee start? The staff is super friendly though!

Beautiful hotel, short on people skills.

Check-in was unfriendly, uninformative. No eye contact, no "good morning" nor acknowledgment you are at the front desk and may need something. If you want a Starbucks coffee, don't wait too long, it closes well before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The furnishings are wonderful and the best is extremely comfortable. The visual is great, the hospitality is fair at best. I know Marriott and other hotels charge for parking in congested cities or when space is very limited. This particular one, has a huge parking lot, lots of spaces and charges $10. When I made the reservation the total after fees and taxes didn't reflect a parking fee. Unfair.

The hotel was physically clean however, the room we stayed in’s carpet is old and needs updating. My 89 year old mother and I both suffered severe allergies all night from something, probably the old carpet sneezing and having a headache. On another note, I have never had to pay for parking when staying at a hotel with a self serve lot before.
