The room cleaning crew was very poor. Had to call to have room serviced. After there was no body wash replenishment. The. They put it in the wrong area and could not move it or use it in The shower.

Really clean with a super cute and quirky vibe! The parking was very convenient and it was only a 5 minute uber ride to the commuter train into Boston! I will absolutely stay here again on my next Boston trip! (Also, pro-tip for others planning on staying here for a Boston trip, you can get a weekend pass for the commuter line for $10)

Was a very bad experience check in terrible the key of our room never works after three times changing keys and maintenance tryed and doesn't work. The hotel in general smell so bad, the room smell so strong, I never was avaible to sleep well very noise the other room one night the was arguing all night the other night was party in the room a lot of people noise and doesnt stop until 5:30 morning. very bad experience overall

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for my boyfriend's birthday. The location is perfect, located by the mall, a lot of stores, and food options. The hotel was so cool and the staff were very nice.

My wife and I only stayed for one night. The staff from checking to check out was amazing. Super nice, welcoming, and warm. The room was a bit dated and you can tell where they tried to update. It was clean but the tub was clogged so we took showers that turned into baths. Besides that it was a very pleasant stay.
