this hotel sits on top of the Massachusetts Turnpike and thoe traffic noise can be heard even on the 9th floor where I attempted to sleep. The rest of the experience was acceptable, even including a rude night manager; but trucks accelerating at 3am not so much.

The shower handle was very stiff to turn. And the fridge in the room wouldn't open. The fire alarm went off, and the staff was not very communicative about what was going on. In the future, more information would be helpful to allay fears.

The rooms were great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a little hiccup and they immediately swapped us to a new room. They also gave us breakfast buffet vouchers. There’s a parking garage attached to the place and it’s super easy to park. Overall a great experience.

The hotel was noisy as is sits right on top of a highway, there was no safe, pillows were uncomfortable, $20 per person for a subpar hotel breakfast that is normally comped is ridiculous, dirty corners of the room, the irons didn’t work at all. Staff was friendly
