This is a beautiful property with onsite Resturant and bar. It’s very clean and beautifully decorated. However, this is probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I tried to reach a client 3 times from outside the hotel. You can’t get through, no one answers the phone. This was over a 3 day period. I was charged the room charge plus $100 deposit. Then the next day, another $100 deposit. I couldn’t even get a printed recipe for the room. But finally got 4 emails with mine but not my client. Wait staff was awful. I won’t stay there again because of service.

Everything was very nice. The gym staff, where the pool is, was friendly and helpful. We needed some extra coffee supplies, which were delivered to the room by front desk staff quickly and happily. It's a big hotel with lots of amenities, and was a great place for my mom and me to stay before a Mass Eye and Ear appointment the next morning.

Not what I expected

We stayed together as a family...3 adults...myself (young grandma)lol my grown son and DIL and their 3 small kids 7-5-3 and their roim was perfect for them bc its set up for children and its wonderful...so bc we travel as a family I purposely asked for 2 connecting rooms SO WE COULD BE TOGETHER AS A FAMILY but when we got there they didn't have the rooms like that and I wanted to turn around and walk out but the kids were already broken hearted bc the main reason we went there was for the inside waterpark WHICH WASNT OPEN UNTIL THE UPCOMING FRIDAY AND IT WAS ONLY WED !!! WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO KNOWS THAT BEFORE WE WENT ALL THE WAY THERE !!!! SO in order to save my grandkids more heart brwak I had to book 2 morexrooms for 2 more nights !!!!! And AGAIN NO CONNECTING ROOMS....SO THEY HAD THERE VACATION AND I STAYED IN MY ROOM AND MET UP WITH THEM AT DINNERTIME.. one and only one plus was i was able to take my lil 10 pd dog which was an extra $100 per night for him...Food at the restaurant was fantastic and tgey said there was room service but nobody ever answered the phone either to the front desk or kitchen or anyplace to even ask about room service..that would have been mice since I couldn't be with my family and one ladt thing ao after the the first 2 days when we had to rebook the 2 rooms again WE COULDN'T EVEN STAY WHERE WE WAS AT !!! WE HAD TO PACK EVERYTHING UP AND CHANGE ROOMS....NICE place'clean good food but everything else SPECIALLY SINCE I SPENT OVER $2000 I SHOUL
