The stay was nice. The only thing negative I can say is that our the elevator, our floor (7) and room all smelled like old cigarette smoke. I imagine the other floors did too.

One person took our experience from good to amazing. Eliza knows what hospitality means. We felt like we were a guest at her house. This property was a very good price in a nice area. I appreciate the free parking, the room was clean and comfortable. Two things I would change: I checked in at 10:00 at night and the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and the housekeeping staff were yelling in the hallways at 8:45 am, which needs to change as people do like to sleep later . I was excited to see a water slide park next door and will take my kids there next month. Thanks

A Great Grammy/Grandkids Get Away!
My grandkids and I wanted a one night get away with a pool and breakfast. The Doubletree was perfect! We will come back again for a longer stay and when the water park is open. Thank you to all of your staff!

My Dog and I received a warm welcome!
The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will stay there again when I travel in The Salem / Danvers / Boston area. The rooms were stylish, clean & quiet and the area was safe. The front desk staff were stellar and warm. My dog & I felt welcome. I’ll be back for sure next year.

Not sure why they have the property designed with parking lots so far from the entrance. That was a real pain in the neck to haul my bags from the lot to the entrance as there were only a few parking spaces in the entry area and all were full - and the drop off area is only wide enough for one car. Very poor layout,

I’ll stay here again
Location was good for me, off 95, easy access to surrounding towns and city where I need to be. Hotel is well maintained older building, but I must say need some work. Deco is little tired and mattress did not agree with me. All in consideration I say “I’ll stay here again.”
