Good value for the price and our family of 5. I would prefer rooms with no carpet. It was fine, but questionable as I smelled chorine. Overall, it was fine. The front desk was helpful and the service was very good.

Lobby is deceiving

The lobby was very nice and set high expectations of what the room would be like however when we got to our room we were very disappointed. The curtains were ripped, the couch was stained and dingy to the point neither of us would sit on it, the TV remote was very nasty it had crumbs and dirt stuck in it, and in the bathroom there was no fan, there was also a light in the shower but there was no light switch for that light which we thought was odd.

The staff, including the desk staff and especially the hospitality staff, were wonderful. Except the person checking you in and out of the pool. They have an updated restaurant and lounge which is nice. But overall the hotel looked like it belonged as part of the control tower at the airport. The room smelled like it was probably a smoking room at one time, and it looks and feels they haven't updated anything else since the early nineties. It was probably very impressive then. There are cool things for the kids to do but we couldn't use them because they were mostly closed by the time we got back from sight seeing and visiting.

First room was so worn and dirty. Felt very unclean. Second room was slightly better but hair everywhere, carpets are gross, and the overall upkeep of the hotel is lacking. Wouldn’t stay again.

Old room, very noisy

Room we were given was on the conference center side. Zero noise insulation, could hear my neighbor's conversation word for word at 2:30 am. Tub was chipped and stopper was partly broken. Room was set up for 2 people despite us saying we were a party of 5 and there were 4 beds in the room. Room was extremely dated.

Five star stay

The stay was very satisfactory. Normally I Lysol the entire room when I stay away at a hotel didn’t have to do it here. Very clean, and comfortable. The food from the lounge was excellent. The bar was great. Had a relaxing moment in the jacuzzi, sauna and pool. Very conveniently located at the two points of our trip excursions. I would book again.

Well let me start off saying The Hilton is my Choice of Hotels because of Cleanliness in the past I’m A Healthcare worker currently working at one of the Local Hospital I had a issue mention it to one of Hilton online Team members regarding two packs of cigarettes left in the mini fridge and ice cream Address it with the Front desk prior to The response was a chuckle and stated they didn’t clean the refrigerator, As a Valued Customer I truly Did not find that to be Funny. There was NO Phone in my room. Found that to be a little different. Another problem I had on another day The AC Not working properly went to the Front Desk Again Mentioned it. Front response “ NO ONE ELSE has COMPLAINED “ All I can say is Very Very Disappointed. That wasn’t the response I expected As the Day and Evening went on the AC got Extremely Loud. Could NOT sleep and Warm Leaving out that morning to go to work Mentioned it to the Front Desk. When I got back to the Hotel it had been taken care of So I guess what bothered me the most my concerns were not important enough to get A call from Laura Carbona ( Manager) Will I stay at the Hilton in the Future absolutely. But things really need to improve
