Location is great for commuting into the city using the commuter rail which is a short walk away. Rooms are always clean as are the bathrooms.

There was no hot water, room was not clean , toilet flush has problem, room service did not respect the do not disturb sign , noise alot , dusty. It was a terrible stay and i had to cancel a meeting since we couldnt not have a shower due to unavailability of hot water

The staff was rude. Didnt even greet you. You have pay for parking still, beyond your hotel stay amount. They say there is a starbucks, but these workers are not Barista's. Room didnt have a refrigerator or condiments for coffee.

Great area - as the site says, walkable to commuter lines and the red line into Boston. That, and the shuttle, was the reason we chose the hotel. Shuttle looks like it goes other places although it wasn’t clear or advertised so I am not sure but we dropped someone at a restaurant and the bus depot - wish that was made more obvious. Only thing I wouldn’t suggest - the store is extremely overpriced - $4 for a can of soda - get a grip.

Always lovely to receive a large chocolate chip cookie when checking in. The personal greeting on the television when we entered our room was an unexpected nice welcome. The room and bathroom were both clean, modern, comfortable, and very attractive. The free shuttle service from the airport, and to the cruise port was wonderful. Only disappointment was the ugly view from our room, mostly parking lot and unattractive surroundings. I would stay here again, very convenient for cruises departing from beautiful, historic Boston.
