Wonderful experience. We splurged and stayed in a balcony suite. So worth it view was amazing. Everything was clean, staff courteous, and breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay here again

Great choice for families visiting HBS
Perfect place for a family to stay, even with older (17 year old) daughter. Roomy suite with Murphy bed in living room worked great. Front desk folks were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was pricy but very good, with smiling and professional help.

Loved the Free Shuttle that they have a schedule for of the times going to the Aquarium,Harvard Square and Copley Square .Every employee from the front desk to housekeeping was helpful and friendly with any questions that i had.Loved the parking garage very convenient. Great view of the Charles River and downtown Boston from our 8th floor room. Family suite was perfect while we were in town doing college visits with our son. He loved that the living room had a Murphy bed rather than a pull out couch and we could have easily fit our family of 5 comfortably.
