There is parking on site but there is a fee to park. It's convenient in terms of location but not very walkable. Room was spacious.

Great view of the Charles River and downtown Boston from our 8th floor room. Family suite was perfect while we were in town doing college visits with our son. He loved that the living room had a Murphy bed rather than a pull out couch and we could have easily fit our family of 5 comfortably.

My overall stay was amazing. The only issue I had was that the shower in my room was backing up because of a clogged drain, which was caused by hair. I took it upon myself to unclog the drain with a provided wash cloth.

Very clean and convenient for family with kids go visiting universities nearby with the helping hotel shuttle. Hotel staffs are very kindness and always helping you when you needed. Next time when we might come back, we will stay in Double tree Hilton in Cambridge again. Excellent customer service!

On entering the lobby the customer service representative was so warm and helpful. Parking was super easy and the room was spacious and comfortable. The on-site restaurants were great, enjoyed the food and service. The hotel was very clean and the shuttle service was great.

Nikki, the Service Manager was awesome. After what was an extremely dissappointing first impression, Nikki did everything possible to change our experience in the hotel, including upgraded suite, complimentary breakfast, complimentary Lyft transportation, a nice charcuterie tray with wine as well as continually checking in on our experience. She was incredible and completely changed our opinion of the hotel. She deserves a big kudos from upper managent.

No shelves in the bathroom to place your toiletries, makes it difficult. Had to wheel a chair to place all of my things. A window was replaced with a plexi glass which is against code - room 510. Location not the best and probably will not stay at that location again. Staff very informative. Breakfast very good.
