Not a Great Experience, Won’t stay again.

Facility is misleading. Area is not so great. Front desk staff is there like they are being forced to work. Parking is $35+ dollars and staff stated that the parking lot property is not owned by them. Hotel should list all these on their description when booking. I was with my daughter and had no choice otherwise would have left

Nice place to stay for a night!

This hotel was conveniently located to the highway, various amenities, and only minutes from Boston. Hotel staff was friendly (and gave us warm cookies at check in), and our room was clean and comfortable. We had a car and did not have issues finding a parking space in the lot. We only stayed one night, so we did not use the pool or fitness facilities, and we did not go to the restaurant, so I can't speak to those. But it was a good stay overall!

I was traveling after visiting my children and had a transit at Boston. The stay at doubletree by Hilton at Chelsea was amazing. The staff were very courteous and professional. The airport shuttle provided the best service to and fro. Room was nice , clean good bed, clean bathroom with sufficient no of towels. Provided MW, Fridge, coffee maker, safe locker, pressing iron etc. They offered bf too. But I had to catch the flight before bf time. 10/10

Great bang for buck in the Boston area. Easy airport shuttle access, MBTA commuter rail and silver line right across the street. Only complaint is that the walls are a little thin. Will be staying here again

Although we were tired from delays at the airport we made it before midnight to check in a one night stay. I asked the receptionist for a later time to check out not minding additional fees but she cut me off stating they were fully booked and it couldn’t be possible. I went up to the Hilton App to check availability for an additional night and it was possible to do it so I couldn’t understand why she couldn’t honored us a later check out time even though I told her I was able to pay additional fee. Once at the room I went to take a shower and found the tiles with mold all over, very poor cleaning. For being a DoubleTree I have to say it is very outdated and poorly maintained. The staff weren’t dressed presentable neither welcoming at night when we arrived. Didn’t acknowledge that we were Hilton Honors Members and did not offered water or cookies. The next day we dropped our luggage for storage while we went for food and when we came back one of them (carry on and backpack) wasn’t identified with the tag the lady put on it and it turned out someone opened the backpack. Will not recommend this location and after visiting many Hilton brand hotels around the world and the US I have to say this one I cannot consider it a brand of Hilton.
