I had a wheelchair person with us and had requested a wheelchair accessible room. When we arrived we did not have a wheelchair accessible room. This is a problem don't you think. Carrying someone into a room to sleep is difficult and probably not as safe as having access with the wheelchair.

Evening staff was very helpful. Our tv wouldn’t work we call and ask if someone could fix it they said yes but no one came. It could be a lot clearer and they need to spray for spiders.

Great place for the price

Ac was great, cleaning team was fantastic to work with and appreciated the front staff allowing early check in. Room did not appear as picture but was still comfortable.
