The next hotel we stayed at following the Element Lexington had HVAC issues, the staff was not helpful and we were glad to leave all because our experience at the Element Lexington was so wonderful. What a great stay! From check in to check out everything was awesome. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. The kids loved the pool which was very clean. The beds and pillows were great for a hotel. Breakfast was nice, it’s more of a leveled up continental breakfast than a “hot breakfast”; but it got the job done and the kids fed. We can’t say a thing bad about our stay! It made us decide we need to look for more Element hotels in our future trips.
