Do not use the street address for directions as you end at a locked gate preventing access to hotel and valet. If it had not been for a wonderful employee just leaving his shift, I would not have found it. Please correct information to make clear must follow freeway access to Logan to access hotel. Very Frustrating. But kudos as all hotel staff went above and beyond!

Clean and easy to access from the airport. The room was spacious and quiet, and there’s a convenient store downstairs if you forgot anything. The only down side is the staff. They are not friendly, and the guy who checked me in spit out a memorized speech instead of actually communicating with me, so I missed most of what he said.

Staff was ok…a bit abrupt. Room was nice but the breakfast—if you don’t arrive in a weekend before 8:30 you will have little chance of getting a plate or food. Pool and exercise room were decent and clean and everything worked well.

I called the hotel to get the shuttle when I landed and did not have to wait long. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. I was delighted that the restaurant was open until 10:30, but it was takeout only and the guy behind the bar was overworked and therefore less helpful than he could have been. But, overall, good stay. As always, breakfast was very good.

Stayed here in an emergency due to our flights being cancelled. Room was very nice was lovely big TVs, coffee and tea amenities provided, a lovely big comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom. Bar and grill was good, but pricey for what you get ($29 for a main meal). Free snacks and drinks between 5 and 6:30pm was appreciated and the staff were all welcoming and friendly.
