Very convenient stay near the airport for final 3 nights in Boston. Free shuttle for early morning flight, and a short walk through the park across the street to get to the train station quickly and easily connecting to all the downtown Boston historic sites, restaurants and shops. Bonus is Santarpias Pizza in East Boston which is a 5 minute walk. Excellent pizza. Embassy Suites does daily housekeeping too so our room was fresh and clean. My only complain was an annoyance, I forgot to bring a cork screw so went to the bar to ask if I could borrow one. I was very surprised to be told he could not loan me one because it was against state law or state regulations for guests to cork their own bottles. I have travelled globally extensively, and this is literally the first time ever I heard something like this - and quite sure it was because they prefer guests buy from their bar. (I later confirmed with a friend of mine who is a Boston attorney that this is not true.). Anyway - ended up just walking down the street and buying one.

Front desk staff not very friendly. Breakfast has lots of options but food not tasty. Lobby restaurant is expensive and food not great either. All chairs in the lobby are covered with large fluid stains. Disgusting!

There wasn't enough staff to handle the number of people at check in. Took about 45 minutes to get to the front desk after arriving at the building. It was clean but didn't seem like it was worth the price we paid.

This is a great place for a quick layover in Boston. There is a family owned Italian pizzeria/bar a short walk away (Santarpio’s). It’s a great place to hang out and have a great pizza! The free shuttle to/from the airport is very nic

First, if you put in the name of the hotel in the gps it will take you to a locked gate. So you have to drive around into the airport area and then basically you are forced to valet for 60 dollars. The room I had was on the top floor so the view was nice. However, the carpet needed a shampoo, the bed was worn out and the furniture was dated as well.
