Rooms, ask for room near elevator (semi-handicap), was told I was near it, but not true, there was no towels in bathroom until about 8pm that night, I had one black office desk chair and one old wooden chair at the table, had issues with TV and called for service and they never came. Only had one coffee pad and no creamers and coffee pad were decaf. Breakfast was a total joke, stood in line for over 35 mins for breakfast, by the time we got our breakfast and when to make toast, etc. they were cleaning up, they should of extended the time due to the amount of people (guess there was school hockey or soccer group there. it was raining when we arrived and the day we left and there was no vale to take our luggage to our room or to our car after checking out, I at 72 had to do this all by myself!!!, the hotel was not worth, what we paid, Next's year event, I believe I will need to look at other hotels. With everything I write about this hotel, you should be embarrassed that someone has to write this type of review
