Getting out of tub is a challenge!

I really liked this place. The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, and it was wonderful having a suite. My one concern was that there was not a bath mat - nor a grab bar. So getting out of the tub was a bit worrisome - I was afraid that my wet foot would slip on the floor. This could result in a broken hip or worse.

It was nothing special, a little on the disappointed side. I stayed for 3 nights and they did not clean the room at all. I had to call for coffee, cups, and the iron did not work. The breakfast was ok. Did not like the idea of having to pay $15 per day to park your car. Just seems like a back door charge. I will not be back to Embassy Suites.

They had no variety the breakfast was the same every single day, I had a small child and their were no pancakes or waffles,the cleaning staff comes to clean your room at 8:00 in the morning, who on vacation is up at 8 in the morning. There was no body lotion the bottle was there but it was empty. When you try to talk to the staff they say they don’t speak English. Embassy suites has always been my favorite place to stay when I travel, but I will never ever go back to the embassy suites Boston Waltham.

Gets the job done but not much more

I have stayed at this property before, and it does the job well enough. But cracks are showing around the edges. The hotel needs more cleaning in its shared spaces and bathrooms, as well as some maintenance. Also, in some rooms not all of the outlets work, which is inconvenient. Finally, during the breakfast buffet, they regularly run out of plates and bowls and we have to ask for more. Overall, gets the job done but not a luxury stay.

The proximity to the colleges in the area was great. Was advised that since I paid via a 3rd party, I could not be refunded. Since the rooms were not cleaned, they did refund the parking fees.

We would stay again

It's a lovely hotel, clean and the staff is welcoming. Breakfast is a good bonus, delicious warm food and good juices. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Had to pay for parking .Room not cleaned properly. Had to call multiple times to get towels. TV had very few channels. Air vent was very dirty. My girlfriend burned her finger from overflow frow from coffee maker. She also cut her foot on a rock that was left by the previous occupant of the room. There were crushed crackers in from of our door during our entire stay. Room was not made up and garbage never removed.
