The upgrade to a suite was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. My stay was amazing due to this suite with an in room minibar and all amenities one can think of. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Only a dinner at sushi place was a slight disappointment. The food was just ok for the high price.

Wonderful hotel. The individual who checked us l in upon arrival was great , engaging , most helpful. My one poor experience is the security person who was by the elevator banks when we returned from the Celtics game asked us if we had a room key in a sea of folks who he didn’t ask that question too. That was low & not necessary.

The property is gorgeous, and for being the only Casino within 100s of miles, they sure charge the prices. It's not Vegas it's Boston. They did a great thing with the polluted water and ground the Casino and Hotel sits on which makes me happy. I get it's the Wynn but I just cant get over the prices.....It's not close to anything walking wise so plan on Ubers and or Public transportation....The weekends are terrible, th locals just ruin it....Too many just 21 yr olds coming for a party...

The check in process was long and confusing and took almost an hour. Our bags were searched upon accidentally entering the casino instead of the hotel lobby and the staff in the casino were rude. They did not provide any explanation as to why they had to search the bag, they just made us stand there and wait for there supervisor. But this was all outshadowed by the complimentary room upgrade we received which was amazing! The rooms are amazing and clean, the facilities are incredible! Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in!

Have only stayed at Encore in Vegas and it was SO MUCH BETTER. Very limited food options outside of the casino in Boston & no ability to bring a wine glass up to the room. ?!?! Seaport is their premier seafood restaurant and the oysters were not cleaned properly / gritty. Overall super disappointed with Encore Boston - expensive & not as good as vegas for the $$.

Everything would have been perfect if it was not for our check in. We told the lady at the reception that we saw our room 500$ cheaper online and if there was something she could do, she said no we asked if we could at least get a room with view and she said for 50$ more per night. We already had paid 250$ more per night for a basic room. She just kept saying there was nothing she could do. Very basic customer experience and service for a 5 stars hotel. If there is nothing you can do, go get someone who can
