Couldn’t even stay for one night because of how dirty the room was. Found roaches in the room and bug poop under the mattress. The bathroom was also stained. All around disgusting and neglected building.

It's an old property. They are very short staffed, the rooms are very basic not as comfortable as the photos. Staff was helpful and friendly but over worked. Vending machines are broken and not owned by the hotel so good luck getting your money back. The wifi is not reliable especially if you need to connect for work. Convenient to Burlington shops, mall and stores.

First of all they called me two hours before I was checking my room to tell me my two rooms weren’t available. How was that? Then they said they upgraded us to a king bed and pull out sofa. First of all the pull of sofa I had to get the sheets and I had to put together. My room had 3 pillows for 4 people. I asked for a pillow and they were all out.

Gross!
Mine and my family stay was not the most pleasant. First they "upgraded" us to 2 queens to 1 king and a pull out. With our informing us they were doing so. We did not see this as an upgrade due to the fact we had 4 ppl staying and the pull out bed was not big enough nor comfortable enought to sleep .There was also dirty sock in the pull out bed when we did pull it out. We opted to leave it as a couch. The room was dirty. There was something on like brown sugar on the floor and swastika drawn on the bath room mirror. The hall way smelled terrible. The front desk work never seem to at the front desk. This is just a few of the grossness amount the rest of the room. I would advise not staying there for a family trip.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They cant even provide basic amenities like hot water to shower in.

If I could give a zero, I most definitely would. I lady who was rude as hell, griping to us that was just her so there’d be no towels( I requested only enough for 4 adults as my reservation stated. Counter was dirty, so was floor and shower in our room. Foul odor in halls and room like fresh unventilated paint. One of people in our party’s eyes burnt entire time. Worst experience of my life. Oh, and every soda machine was not working and stole your 3.75 and we were told there’s nothing they could do about it.

Good place to stay if you’re coming through Burlington. A typical Extended Stay America hotel. My room was clean, the hotel itself is pretty quiet even though it’s located near lots of shopping. The staff was nice, though there was confusion about only being able to exchange your towels M-F 10-3. Grab & go breakfast (muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee) was sufficient. I’d stay again.

Got into the first room, the whole room smelled. The stove didn't even look safe to use. Pulled up the covers and the mattress protector was covered in blood stains. Called the front desk and they wouldnt even come up to look at it. Went down to the lobby and they have the manager go check room 328, the manager then calls the front desk and the lady tells her to try 314. Tells us to go check out the room with the manager, pull up the fitted sheet, stains again by the head of the bed. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Still dont know what was wrong with room 328. Do not recommend.

Great location! The hallways were dirty. The AC unit was inches from the bed instead of in the living room. Not a bad stay overall though
