Avoid this Location

Check in staff was antagonistic to other guests and their child because their baby was crying, telling them they need to go upstairs and stay out of the way because we were checking in. The shower head was held on with zip ties and broke when the water turned on. Also the nob to change the temperature was broken so the water was stuck on scalding hot. General dirtiness and disrepair. Tried to talk to the front desk and no one was there. Tried to call and they said they were busy. Emailed the general manager and am still awaiting a response and a refund.

Disgusting

This hotel was disgusting. There was holes in the walls, the mattress for the pullout couch and the couch itself were stained and had tons of crumbs and other dirt in it. The walls had some sort of liquid dripping down them, there were holes in the bathroom door and the door didn’t shut, the toilet seat was stained. The lock on the door to the room was broken as well. When we requested extra pillows and blankets they were thrown in our direction. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I called property at 4pm to relay the messages i got from my flight that they have been delayed. I kept trying to repeat that the flight is going to be much later than 9:30- landing in Boston - so that means a late check in for my room. the front desk clerk assured me i would be ok. my flights were 3 1/2 hours delayed. i get there and my room was canceled. Front desk was NO help- gave me a card knowing that NO ONE would answer. What’s the point of calling you- if you know i paid and called and you said you would note it- and I’m left stranded

Amazing Extended Stay

Spent a week there during November, and had an incredible experience. The room was the perfect size for my husband and I, even with a king sized bed in it. We were able to make small meals for ourselves during the week, and bring back leftovers. Really felt like a home away from home, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, as on our last day, after we checked out, our car battery died and it wouldn't start. The woman from the front called someone to assist us, and then she went out and brought her own car around to give us a jump. She saved us a lot of time, and it was just an example of their great service.

Stayed overnight on a work trip, although I don’t live too far away, but there was snow in the forecast. Had never stayed at a hotel quite like this. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. There was a stale odor in the hallways and in the room, but I got used to it. For the price and location, I’d stay again. Definitely ideal for extended stays with a galley kitchen and sitting area.

Very disappointed . After long tiering day of work I was had to wait about an hour because receptionist left and went home and nobody was there to check me in , I was had to go next building myself to find some help. this is unacceptable.

This hotel leave so much to be desired!!! The hallways smelled funny, the stairwell was flithy, the bathroom door was completely scratched up, looked like someone kept a dog in there and they tried to get out, the pullout sifa bed was nothing but springs, no padding at all. The clientele of this hotel seemed very shady as well. Was not comfortable there at all. We left 2 nights early because of it.

The rooms were not cleaned completely, the furniture was falling apart. Shower handle fell off, bathroom sink faucet was loose. Sheets werw dirty, floors not swept, holes in doors, cabinets with no handles, and peeling finishes. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the facilities need help. The second floor smelled like fresh marijuana for the three days we were there.
