Just stayed one night thank goodness. This place has people living in it full time as i guess that is what an extended stay is for. This place is just plain dirty. We got a room beside a barking dog who wouldn’t stop barking. the only bright spot was the hotel clerk and her name i believe was Antoinette. I might be wrong with her name but it was something like that. When we informed her of the barking dog she moved us right away to another room and was so nice. The hotel is lucky to have her .. The website says breakfast is offered and if you want a packaged muffin of low quality this is the place for you. They also serve coffee but coffee was empty and the front office said it would take 10 minutes to get more and we didn’t have the time to wait. all in all if you are only staying one night i would look for other accommodations

The staff and general manager are the nicest and the coolest people to get to know and the facility is well cared for and the general manager is very passionate about the facility and the tenants that are here and they put safety for everyone and the people that work here first and when they do seasonal spraying the general manager makes sure everyone is out of the building and makes sure the locks to all the rooms are turned off so no one goes back in the rooms till the spaying is done the only thing that can be a little more addressed is the driveway there needs to have a few trash cans spread out on the property so that tenants stop using the property as their own personal trash can but everything else is awesome and the staff and general manager are a great group of people thank u extended stay for all ur patients and kindness that all of u give to ur renters u all rule.i give this facility and everyone here a 10and the general manager a 20 for safety of the facility and all the guests as well in closing for ke i said u all are awesome keep up the great work.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the general manager is very caring and very passionate about the facility and all the guests that are here at the facility and makes sure that when seasonal spraying is done all the guests are out of the building till the spraying is complete and makes sure that all the locks are off so that the guests don't use the key card to enter the rooms while the spray is drying u have to see the front desk to re access ur room I give this facility 10thumbs up and would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a place to rest.i give the general manager a 20 for caring about the facility and the guests safety.keep on doing a awesome job everyone

The manager was incredibly rude. She screamed at me when I asked to change rooms and said if I made a different reservation she would keep me in the same room. She often had red runny eyes and a bleary look which she attributed to “drinking soda”.

This was a last minute emergency family trip so the price was good compared to surrounding hotels so i guess i get what i paid for. The free breakfast is literally coffee,tea granola bars and muffins nothing of at least some substance. No bottled waters in room or at breakfast. As soon as i opened the shower i by passed the chipped paint and was greated with a blob of hair on the shower wall..i have locs! Do they even clean??!!! Because theres no way to miss that. This is literally a sleep and get out the room location. So we did just that.

The hotel reused bedding from previous guest. There was hair all over the bedding. I had to complain and had to move to a different room. The new room wasn’t much better. I had to ask for fresh sheets and make the bed myself

For the price of this property expectations were poor. This was not a “hotel” experience and more of a place to lay your head. There was no one at the desk upon checking in and we had to wait. Meanwhile there were pizza boxes sitting there, which tells me staff was eating instead of attending to customers. We were told we would have a queen bed and the bed was definitely a full-size. This hotel needs to be renovated immediately the tub was chipping and just was very dated. For your room to be cleaned there is an additional charge?? The items such as a coffee maker should be in the room without having to ask for it. There is no type of hotel accommodation. If you have a choice pay a little more money and stay somewhere else.
