Rooms need work

The room was old, had an unpainted repaired area on the wall, substandard TV set up and TV and outdated furnishings. The "grab and Go" breakfast was really terrible; better not to offer anything than to offer something lame.

Dirty location, they have a small kitchen with no pans, or utensils. The bathroom was dirty. The previous guess left a half bitten sandwich in The refrigerator which the housekeeping didn't clean. The amenities had a rotten smell.

Needed a couple days for a solo getaway. Check in was easy and the guy at the front desk was super friendly. When I got to the room there was a real strong musty smell that wouldn't leave no matter what I did including opening the window. Other than the smell the room was fine until the 2nd day. I had dropped my phone and thought it went under the bed. When I looked under there I found a pair of men's boxers and a used condom (which I did take pictures of that are timestamped). I immediately grabbed my stuff and went down to the front desk to check out. The woman at the front was super friendly and was shocked at what I told her I found. She completely understood why I wanted to check out early and told me that it was unacceptable and that she will be speaking with the cleaners regarding this. I will be requesting a refund for the stay and unfortunately will not be staying here again.

Mice

My stay at this hotel was bad. The reason it was bed, was that my room had mice in it, I left a big of chips out on a table, and when I went to bed, I could here something making noise. I got up a few times to check it out. Did not find anything, till the next morning. Where I found the big of chips was eaten though, and mice droppings. I notified the manager on duty all the said is they would put in a work order. Also there pull out coah did not have any sheets on it and the mattress was dirty. Ask for a refund but they said no. Would not recommend to stay here again

The worst we have ever stayed in!

I booked this extended stay because we were going to stay the night and wanted to cook our meals instead of spending more $ on food.We brought our food to cook only to find out you had ran out of cookware and plates and eating utensils. We were forced to go out and purchase a set of cheap pots and silverware so we can cook our food. Then time take a shower the shower is so dirty it has a brown rim around it the wall in the shower had brown stains also. Oh and 1 of the burners in the stove didn’t my work so we had to cook on 1 burner! We get up to check in the morning and the bad smell hit us. In the face when walked out the rm! It was disgusting I would never stay here again! Oh and they had rodent boxes on each floor! How can you have 100 extended stay rms with kitchenettes and not enough cookware?

The floors needed to be vacuumed, swept, and mopped. Just filthy. They advertised breakfast included, however they were misleading by not saying it was a 'continental' breakfast. Breakfast is usually a deciding factor when I book hotel stays.
