We stayed here and it was a good location, we Ubered everywhere from the hotel to the main attractions, they provided free breakfast and free transportation to and from the airport. Very convenient. The staff was great!

The front desk personnel were truly outstanding. The housekeeping people were always friendly and hardworking. For the price we paid, we felt that parking should not have been additional, there were plenty of spaces available and it isn’t like the location is in a crowded downtown area with limited space. It wasn’t easy to access the metro from there either so the location is a little difficult for sightseers. It’s an excellent location for airport access and the free shuttle was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a nice, comfortable and safe place to stay in Boston.

They canceled our room
We had booked two rooms but they failed to confirm one room and it was canceled on us with no options for replacement so we had to split our group and go find a different hotel once we arrived. The new hotel cost us double.

We had a confirmed room but when we got there at 7:30 we were informed that they were overbooked so we were forced to go to a different hotel. They did comp the room but we had chosen the Chelsea location to be close to the airport for an early morning flight and they sent us 25 minutes down the road.

The room was okay. I was annoyed that they no longer have conditioner. There was a persistent noise outside our room (like a dumpster or something). The toilet clogged up immediately and they gave us some down pillows after our express request. The shuttle was super crowded and tight. Fortunately the shuttle ran very early.

Building Vibration
Very nice modern hotel. Needs to keep up a little better on mold in the shower. Can’t believe the maids can’t see it. Most irrating was the road noise due to a very poor city road patch at a recent water main fix. Big trucks actually vibrate the building when going past. Need much more pressure from hotel management on the city.
