The computers were down when I arrived for my late night check in. The front desk staff were so nice and apologetic that I didn’t even care about the long wait. Very clean, very comfy bed, and easy shuttle to Logan. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Cons: The airport shuttle did not arrive for over an hour when we first landed in Boston, despite us being told it would be there in 15 minutes. The electronic lock on the first room didn’t work. The staff originally suggested we take the chance of leaving our belongings in our unlocked room, but did agree when I asked for a new room. The safe in the first room didn’t work. I thought it was odd that a new room wasn’t offered initially. The new room had a burnt out light bulb and a broken lamp shade. Pros: decent breakfast, comfortable bed, nice shower. The complimentary shuttle too and from airport was convenient and the drivers and other hotel staff were friendly.

I was disappointed to learn the hotel charges 30.00 per night for onsite parking. The fees are high enough without having to pay for parking. When we questioned the clerk who checked us in she was very rude and nasty and continued to roll her eyes while we were asking. Her name is Angie. She needs more training and should not be representing the hotel

The room was fine, but it was so noisy - I've never experienced so much noise from all directions: The pounding came from below (laundry machines maybe?) and sounded like drums pounding. I thought there might be a bar down below. This went on until past 2 AM, and was very disturbing. The shuttle that was promised didn't show up. I had to get someone to call customer service, and once patched through, it still took 20 more minutes for the courtesy shuttle. By that time I had waited for over an hour in the cold wind at night at Logan. Breakfast was gross. There was only white bread or bagels and the toaster didn't work, so I had some oatmeal. At least they got that right. There were no scrambled eggs. There was no attendant in the breakfast area. Only grape jam and tiniest butters, no almond or soy milk, so for lactose intolerant guests there is nothing available. I wouldn't stay there again for over $200.00 I expected a much better stay.
