We had comfortable stay. Staff was very good and handled transactions with ease and courtesy. Shuttle driver to Logan was excellent, interesting and courteous. Unfortunately, breakfast was cold eggs, sausage. Should have had a waffle.

The hotel is close to Logan Airport and provides a free shuttle. Hotel is clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. The hotel does offer free breakfast but it could be improved with healthier choices.

Our room was changed three times. Twice we found bugs in the beds of the first two rooms when we turned back the covers. When I asked to speak to a manager we were told they don’t work on the weekends. They gave us a third room and it was bug free. We have used Hampton Inn for years and never had this issue before. I am a Hilton Honors member.
