Took about 20 minutes to check in, not because of a line, but because they couldnt find my reservation in the system for that long. The room was well maintained but it was loud the whole night. I could hear everything because of doors closing hard and people talking throughout the night.

Pool hot tub out, no notice on the site. No towels at the pool, when they check you in they could care less about your status with their reward club - loyalty, computer at business area doesn’t work, price gouging on the snacks- $7 for a candy bar , $4 for a 20 oz soda…not acceptable. Room was just what we needed while we rode out the blizzard. Staff was EXCELLENT! Under lots of pressure with the hotel being very busy, they were friendly at all times! It is my 3rd stay at this hotel and will continue to be my go to when flying out of Boston.
