Room was clean but the floor was dirty, breakfast was 10/10 with the red velvet waffle mix and whipped cream and fruits. I meet a lady who was kind and very helpful, her name is Marina. Personal wasn’t as nice to say but this lady was so for that I leave my 5 start. I didn’t had the chance to use the pool but I’m sure was nice.

I had a reservation for 2 nights and when I came in on the second night after checking in the morning there was a note on the door asking to come down to the reception and my door key was disabled. It seems like whoever checked me in the morning didn’t do it right and my name was not on the room. It took half hour to resolve this. after a long tiring day, this was not welcome. After the reception fixed this she asked for $50 deposit again and I said I already paid this in the morn during checkin. This took them more time to figure out and fix. Finally after fixing it they needed facilities to come and unlock the door which took another 10 mins. Terrible experience. The room itself was dirty and not what I would expect from a Hilton location. In the night there was a disturbance in an adjoining room and police was called. Overall this was a terrible dirty location. I would want my money back or some form of credit for future use given my experience here.
