I found people at the front desk absolutely lovely and helpful. My room was clean and very cozy. Since I was traveling I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. No complaints.

Wonderful breakfast, not so wonderful upholstery/c

The room was great, clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options and hot food. The only thing that was a problem was that the carpet and bench upholstery in a section of the breakfast area was filthy. In need of a good cleaning. Should have hard flooring and vinyl chair covering. Also, there were no restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise it was a very nice place.

Our stay was good. I was not happy with the $25 charge to let us check in early. They have a really good breakfast and lots of people eating, so the furniture could use some attention and the carpeting should probably be replaced with hard flooring that is mopable. The airport shuttle is a big plus!

Over priced. Poor value.

Very busy hotel. Sold out of all cold drinks at the front desk counter. Followed the signs to the vending machine. No vending machines anywhere on property. The guest laundry, the dryer was not working. The bar restaurant, the card machine was not working. Could not get a drink. The locking gate for the parking lot, (must call the front desk to have them open the gate-not working. Paid a very high premium to stay in a Saturday night, close to the airport. The entire property needs a do over. Not a good experience. The room was modern and clean. No issues with the room.
