This hotel has about 250 rooms, and during our stay it was fully booked. The lobby area is quite small, so it quickly became crowded. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed by the volume of guests. While a few team members were friendly and tried their best to help, others were less helpful and at times came across as rude. Overall, it was not a very good experience, which is a shame because this hotel has good potential.

I needed this last minute after weather cancelled my flight. I chose it because of the free breakfast and hotel shuttle. I couldn’t use the free breakfast because I was told it started at 6am. When I can down at 5:25am it was out already with guests using it. The big thing was I came down at 5:25am for the free shuttle at 5:30am and when I checked out I was told I just missed it. There were people waiting outside but didn’t think anything of it. Needing to get to the airport I booked an Uber, which was super quick. As I was leaving I saw customers loading into the hotels airport shuttle even though I had was told I had just missed it. The rooms are fine. Nothing special could use some updates. Walls are thin. My neighbor got home at 1:30 am and could hear a lot. One of the only rooms left was an accessible room. I didn’t think anything of it until I get in and realize there’s no closet. The hangers are on hooks across from the toilet and the full size ironing board is laid up against the bathroom wall. There’s really nothing in the area that’s walkable (you’re on a highway) but it’s a 10-15 drive to the airport for one night it was fine. Just wish I would have known about breakfast and the shuttle still being available.

This location is two to three miles from airport and two kilometers from T subway station. Located in industrial park across from busy four lane highway. Shuttle service is free, but is overwhelmed during rush hours with people trying to check in and out. Good if you have car. Food must be ordered in for delivery.limited to bar food at bar

Room was clean and quiet although a bit dated for the money spent. Bed was comfy and amenitues sufficient. Bar menu was decent for a quick meal and the service there was good. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of foods on offer, workers there were pleasant and helpful. Van to airport was quick and driver friendly and helped with my bags. All in all a decent place to stay, not terribly fancy but clean and comfortable.

I sell HVAC systems, as soon as I saw the variant thermostat I knew there would be problems. These systems are “designed” to be energy saving however it makes it extremely inconvenient for a light sleeper. I just wanted the fan to run constantly so that I didn’t wake up every time the loud ac turned on and off. It caused me to get a total of 2 hours of sleep. After paying a ridiculous 271 dollars for a hotel in Revere the least I would expect is to control my own comfort. This destroyed my sleep and set me up for a poor travel day. I expect someone to contact me and I want compensation for what was supposed to be a restful night sleep before a long flight. Absolutely ridiculous.
