Room was nice and clean. Breakfast offered was great. Check in was awful. The front desk employee threatened to not get me in my room because I arrived at 2 am and did not call to let him know about a late arrival. I proceeded to let him know I was delayed in the air and he did not care. After that treatment I would never stay at this location again.

Hampton Inn always delivers for me. thank you, excellent option right near the Boston airport. driving in was challenging but anything in Boston for a non Boston person is challenging with the driving I find. A bit overpriced, but that is what rates are there. Did not appreciate the EXTRA $30 to park though.

The free breakfast and air conditioner more than made up for the experience. After a long day touring the easily navigable city streets of Boston, we were hoping to settle in for the night. After a failed attempt, we were received a card key that opened the door to our room. The WiFi didn’t seem to work, but we were able to work around that. Hardly anyone uses WiFi in this day and age. Sadly, the bed and shower both left much to be desired. The top and bottom ends of the mattress were firm, but the middle area seemed worn out and extra springy. This wasn’t really an issue until it was time to actually sleep in the bed. The mattress in 334 should be replaced. The bed frame also jutted out, daring us to hit our shins, a proposition that we accepted and lost. After a night of tossing and turning, we hoped that the shower would be the place in which we found solace. That was not to be. Both of us are 6’3”, so our perspective is biased, but the height of the shower head was better suited to people that are either much more acclimated to deep back bends, or just shorter people in general. The shower head itself appeared to be on the older side, despite the updated appearance of everything else in the bathroom. Between the three spray options, none of them let us feeling particularly cleaner having used the shower. Perhaps including a pitcher in the tub might help guests feel more refreshed throughout the showering experience.
