2 star hotel with 4 star shuttle & front desk svc

We used the shuttle service. The driver was great, so funny! Arrived to the hotel to find out we were bumped from the room we booked, that was unexpected and disappointing. The front desk attendants were very professional and friendly. The reception area was not appealing. The room was tidy, comfortable and clean. We woke up early to catch the shuttle but there was not any coffee and the creamer was empty.

Overnight Boston Trip

Upon arriving in Boston via Amtrak, we were directed to take the Silver Line to Logan Airport where a shuttle would pick us up for our hotel.... we waited over a hour, (2) tiles having the shuttle drive right by without stopping, finally getting picked up and now in a rush to get to our scheduled plans, I asked to make a complaint at front desk and was told "it happens often to many and complaints wont matter"... kinda put me in a bad mindset but knew i had time to place a review which they could not prevent... overall the hotel was good (no issues on property), just the delayed wait and arriving to our event late.

We use this nice hotel for their long-term parking program. We are 15 minutes from Logan, and if we have an early flight we can stay the night before and take the shuttle to the airport. The parking is well run, efficient and they go to a lot of trouble. the breakfast is pretty great, good for nutrition when flights don't have food. Nothing fancy but this hotel is exactly the right place for travel from Boston. Very nice and efficient, on-the-job staff.
