We didn’t arrive at 3pm check in time. I don’t know anyone that does. They didn’t call or anything, they would have found out we had 3 delays on our flight. I ubered there and was told they sold the room. So I had to find another hotel at 3am.

Spa not working… Room door Locke broke..had to relocate rooms. Ask 3 times to speak ro manager,person never showed up..left front desk after 15 minutes each time.. Avoid being hotel at all cost.
