The service was horrible. When we called for an airport shuttle, we had to call two times. Both times we were told to wait in two different places. Then we got to the hotel. We were given a handicap room. That may have been fine, but the room was not good. We found a couple of live bugs, one being a stinging caterpillar in the bathroom. The bed was absolutely horrible. It sounded as if was going to fall apart. Every time you moved, it would felt as it it were going to fall apart. This made it very hard to sleep. The AC in the room blew air, but it was not cold by any means. My husband even got up around 3 am to go to the front desk. He said the guy at the front desk acted like he did not care and seemed to be on something. We have never stayed at a Hampton that was bad. Needles to stay, we booked the room for two nights and only stayed for one. Expedia tried to get our money back, but could not get the manager to return their call. We ended up paying for another place simply not to stay there another night! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Again - hotel too busy to even address problems. I would have booked somewhere else had I known the swimming pool and whirlpool were going to be closed for 2 weeks. I was told the first week it would be fine the following week but it was not. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Hotel so busy it was difficult to get service or discuss problems with them. First visit, I inquired about the swimming pool and they said it was beyond their control, the city closed it. Okay fine - they guaranteed the problem would be rectified and it would be okay for the following week upon our planned return. However it was not! Terribly upset we chose the hotel due to the fact it had an indoor pool and whirlpool both of which were unusable. NOT HAPPY.

Mixed bag: room was good and clean. Staff was decent but overwhelmed with traffic. I tried calling for 20 minutes to get a shuttle but was unsuccessful. Just happened to catch the shuttle bus for someone else coming by. Bus was overcrowded with bags in the isle. Seems like that is a regular problem during rush times.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay before a cruise in September. Clean hotel with helpful staff and great (and included) breakfast. Close to the airport with free transportation to the hotel and a $25-$30 cab ride to the Boston Seaport. Would definitely stay there again.
