Towels had a bad smell . And the hotel wasnt clean that much Curtain it wasnt working imagine i i dont want to be nude . Didnt like it . They gave me the garbished room . Dont answer me oo sorrg or something is not gonna work ;)

One day the scrambled eggs were inedible, but two days later they fixed the problem. Linen service every other day- but I wish we had been told that on check-in. We had put towels in a pile for pick up rather than on racks for drying. Noise of room refrigerator was very annoying g. Otherwise and ok stay at a budget hotel

Double check charges, not trustworthy
We stayed here overnight, and initially, everything seemed great. We booked a standard king room, which already felt a bit expensive, but Boston was quite booked that weekend. Our flight was delayed, so I contacted the hotel to notify them, and they assured us there wouldn't be an issue. Check-in went smoothly. The room was spacious, and breakfast and parking were included, which was helpful since we had a rental car. The breakfast was basic but filling, though we did suspect the eggs weren’t real. A few days later, I saw a $70 charge on my credit card. After some research, I learned we were charged for an upgrade to a room with a kitchenette, which we never requested or needed. The room had only a mini-fridge and microwave, which didn’t justify the extra cost, especially since we were only there to sleep and leave. The biggest issue, though, is that we were never notified about this additional charge. There was no mention at check-in, no email, and no phone call informing us about the upgrade or the extra cost. I had to personally contact the hotel to find out why we were charged. This lack of transparency feels unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve stayed at multiple Hampton Inns and never had an issue. I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like the bedroom, wasn’t clean good, no trash can just the bathroom one, also we have bad experience sleeping because one of the bed had bedbug and bites one of my family a lot, I let one of the staff I believe she’s supervisor and didn’t do or said anything just to let the manager know and if we take pictures of the bedbugs, that’s ridiculous because they show up when people are sleeping. Bad, but I have proof of her bedbug bites.
