Room was clean. Handicap bathroom was awesome. Was able to move around in the wheelchair. Only issue was that it was very loud being next to the laundry/service room. There was a lot of banging doors and staff yelling during the night.

Slightly older property, which is apparent from the decor, furniture, walls and ceiling. We had a very spacious king bedroom, large bathroom and sizeable closet. The hallways were very noisy (staff talking in the morning) and you can hear neighbors closing the shades, but otherwise a great place to stay in a convenient location.

The rooms need to be fixed when there is an issue. The first room I was given had a shade 1/3 pulled off the runner. The room had been cleaned so somebody should have been notified about it. The second room, the heat wasn't working. It remained at 67 regardless of the fact that it was barely 20 outside. The final room was better, but the door handle to the closet was missing. Small things that could easily be fixed. I've been to this hotel many times. Do better!

Did an overnight for Patriots game, so room prices for area hotels went for a premium. Room was fine, but when we went down for breakfast at 9:45am, there was nothing left and no effort to replace anything. Really ruined the overall experience for me. Will never stay there again!!
