Awesome staff! Clean rooms! Parking is expensive $60. Self serve Beer taps are a very cool idea but the system just spits out foam for 10 sec. Pool is warm but small. Lord Hobo brewing is across the street and worth a trip.

Nickel and dime me for a check out that was 30 mins late. I called morning of and asked for a 12 pm check out. They said ok. My bags were packed in the room. The event that brought me to Boston went past 12 pm. I got back to the hotel at 1236. Yes I was late. You charged me $50. Also parking is lame. At least direct us to nearby lots but when I called to ask, there was no information you could give me except that “there are lots near us.” Otherwise it’s valet parking for over $60 a day. This is the feedback I’d give anyone who asks and why I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

My wife was very uncomfortable with so many people during breakfast trying to get all the food and they were not even eating it, just taking it. We found out that they were people that was there based on shelter services. The environment was not to the hotel normal standard environment which i have experience in the past. I wont be reserving another hotel stay in this hotel. It was not a pleasant breakfast for my spouse.

This is a beautiful hotel. We had 4 rooms and they all were very clean and well appointed. usb and outlets at the bed big TV fridge and safe in the room. a great shower with good water presser and Hot water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with a quick check in. they have a pool and gym but I did not use. The valet parking is very expensive but there is a self parking lot a block away. I will be using this hotel again in the near future.
