Had to move rooms twice. The first time vecause of the toilet being blocked. Then we had to go overnight for the first night with no toilet hen they moved us the next morning. The second room was so noisy due to the neighboring factory so they moved us straight away. . After that the stay was ok.

There were somethings that went wrong, very wrong but the staff seem to want to honestly address what went wrong. This property is in need of renovations, once they are done which will start end of year, combined with the staffs experience, this will be an excellent property. It has the soul just not the bones, yet.

It would be nice if things were newer. Everything is outdated and worn. Even the chairs in the common area were worn and dirty. The staff was wonderful! Also, they were constantly cleaning.

The hotel needs a radical change in everything, maintenance and modernization. The food and forks will be finished before breakfast closes. They changed our room because the first one is leaking water from the ceiling onto the bed, then they gave us one for disabled people.

The only problem was that the hot tub was a cold tub and nobody came to check it out at all there was no pool towels and your hallways it to cold
