The pool was ICE cold! I had to tell the front desk and she said it would take hours to heat up, too bad we had to check out before it was heated. Also the hot tub was drained and not on. No mention of this when I booked.

Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Honestly, we go for the pool and hot tub but once again this year, the hot tub was broken. We won't be going to this hotel again. There are others close by with pools but no hot tubs that are cheaper.

The food was so so. The staff was terrific. It was very pet friendly. The room was clean except I found a dirty face cloth on the bed shortly after we checked in. It looked like someone used it as a napkin & I gave it to the front desk person. Most concerning was it wasn’t there when we first checked in.

This hotel is old and in desperate need of an update. 1) the whole place smells moldy, and at times we smelled the distinct smell of sewage 1) my partner woke up in the morning itching and had an allergic reaction to whatever was going on in this place 3) they told us they have a hot tub, but we got there and it was out of order.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The room is good sized and has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast is adequate and available by 6 a.m. The pool is warm, but the hallways were very cool. The location is easy to access from major highways.
