A long day and a long drive. I landed at the Hampton at 12:30 AM. It’s easy to find, but the doors were locked in security mode. The desk clerk, Mike, came out to let me in. Greeted me with a big smile and a friendly voice. He promised to get me into my room quickly after asking how I was. The checkout was quick and efficient. He gave me a couple of waters to hydrate quickly gave me the details on morning, breakfast and amenities and sent me to my room. A true professional great start to in all two short stay

This is a rundown business hotel in an inconvenient location. Thankfully they have a very helpful staff to include a 24 hour shuttle service to anywhere within 4 miles of the hotel. Pool and gym leave alot to be desired.

This hotel was adequate but certainly not at the level I expected for the price I paid. I don't think I have ever paid this much for a hotel room that was pretty basic. Plus, I had reserved a king size bed with a sofa but got two queens instead. The front desk person said on their computer I had reserved a 2 queen bed. I used Hotel.com to book this room so maybe that was the disconnect. I will most likely try other booking sites in the future. On a positive side, the front desk people were always friendly and nice. We appreciated their courteousness. And when my husband told them that our closet door was locked so they sent up a maintenance guy and showed us that the handle doesn't turn...you just pull to open the door. So we laughed and thanked him for his time.

Wifi was good. Breakfast had good variety. Large shopping mall was 4 minutes away by car. Although we didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of it, the hotel offered a shuttle to places within a 4 mile radius.

There's a company next door to the Hotel that has as air handler running 24/7. You hear the noise from it during the entire stay. The Hotel is showing signs of its age. The exit door is out of alignment and scrapes on the floor when you go through it. The elevators bounce and shake. Makes you wonder if you're going to get stuck in them. The rooms are way overpriced for what you get. The breakfast was poor and not worth having.
