Very noisy area. Not necessarily the hotels fault— just the location. Lots of sirens all night. Then at 6am the hotel alarm system sounded throughout the building with a potential emergency. It did not turn out to be anything we needed to be evacuated for. (Better safe than sorry). Bed was uncomfortable.

Most of the staff was polite and helpful. It did take several requests to get an extra blanket for the room. Online, the room said it slept 3 and showed a picture of a couch, but unfortunately the actual room had only a chair, so our daughter had to sleep on the chair. We didn't get to use the pool because of noisy unattended children, which is more of a fellow guests issue. However, we really enjoyed the breakfast and I really really liked that we didn't have to check out until noon. I'd stay again, if I could be sure to have a room that actually sleeps 3.

We could hear other people in a different room very loudly thorough the vent, no privacy (understood everything and was quite loud) plus busy traffic and constant sirens fron 1st responders. Staff was bmnot helpful, does just bare minimums

The hotel and staff are nice but very bad location. Hotel is surrounded by drug addicts. Police sirens are constant throughout the day and night. Step out the hotel door and see syringes on the street. We even had the fire alarm go off at 6 am and had to evacuate! Do yourself a favour and pick a different hotel!

My review is based on the few important things I noticed. Parking -- - $25 for parking is terrible. - There were no mentioned details about how to enter into parking Garage if you park first. Parking is in opposite site of building, and you need to enter from the last entry gates on the left after the Enterprise Car Rental. If you need to take your vehicle in/out multiple times you need to get another ticket from the Hotel Front-Desk (replacing original ticket received when you entered first at the parking) Room -- - Heater/Cooler was bit louder than usual. - if you're light sleeper and sirens disturbs your sleep, I would suggest you choose or request room on floor 5th and above. This hotel is at the busy intersection. Surroundings -- - I would love to see the homeless people inside their shelter rather than roaming around near the hotel area. - I will ask anyone without personal vehicle to be careful and not to roam outside after dark. Get things delivered if needed.
