The property itself is decent. Exactly what you’d expect. However if you are a tourist or a solo female, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you plan on to and from the hotel to anywhere you go. The area is rather unsafe and a bit rowdy. My room was street facing, so even late at night (2-3 am), I was woken up by random yelling and screaming. So just be aware

While the hotel itself was fine, there was a lot of noise and disturbance outside the hotel throughout the night due to police breaking up groups of unhoused people. Again I did not feel unsafe however we were awoken several times.

Our room was directly across from the hospital. We found out there’s a methadone clinic there. The entire area around the hotel is surrounded with addicts, homeless and police. It’s just a warning as to the environment to expect. We had no issues, our room was fine, beds were decent enough.

The hotel itself inside was ok. The air conditioning wasn’t working in the lobby which made the breakfast nook uncomfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were courteous and kind despite the fact that they were working with no air in the halls or the front desk area. The pool was clean and the fitness room was ok as well. However, it is unfortunate that this facility is located next to an opioid rehab center and there are many ill patients that surround the property and garage area. While they don’t bother anyone for the most part. The view of 10-15 sick individuals surrounding the hotel area at almost all Hours of the day is discerning. I attached the view from my hotel window

TERRIBLE!

We arrived at the property and immediately felt unsafe. The surrounding area was extremely concerning, with visible signs of drug use and loitering, including individuals in the parking garage. The location felt dangerous and unclean, with trash scattered around the premises. We witnessed disturbing activity, including someone openly smoking illicit substances. We decided to leave right away and booked another hotel on the spot, losing nearly $300 in the process — and we have no regrets. This was not a safe or acceptable environment for any traveler.

The property is located next to the hospital. It happens to be a major hub of the homeless population. We walked outside the hotel to a man shooting up. There is no public transportation available. The hotel does offer a shuttle to 2 or 3 areas, but it only runs on the hour. To return to the hotel we needed to wait over 40 minutes - when the hotel is 1 mile away. Again, since it is not safe to walk there is not a lot of choices.

While I have nothing bad to say about the hotel I have to give it a poor rating for its location. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. THE LOCATION IS KNOWN AS METH MILE AND THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED RIGHT AT THE CENTER. I felt so unsafe walking two blocks as I was surrounded by drug addicts and homeless people. One even stopped in front of me to urinate.

Nice and helpful staff, especially reception. The room was not clean and it seemed that the beddings were not changed before our arrival. The main issue was the location that was close to a mental health hospital, and many people with mental health/addiction issues were around some even shouting in daylight that made walking outside very unsafe. Also, there were ambulances/police care with load sirens almost all thought the night, was impossible to sleep. I totally feel for people with mental health issues but safety during a travel is essential. The location is not appropriate for a hotel and that was the first thing that the Uber driver from the airport told us. We were fortunate to be two middle-aged individuals with enough travel experiences and knew how to protect ourselves but the location is extremely unsafe for younger people. The location was known to local people but there should be some warning on the website about the serious safety concerns.

Despite both the room description and my booking clearly stating accommodation for 3 people, I was still charged extra for the third person. I was told that “3 people” means we were expected to share one king bed, and if I needed a separate bed for the third person, I had to pay additional. On top of that, after I was forced to pay, they just left the extra bed in the hallway and said no one was available to set it up.
