the sounds insulation is poor. We woke up by neighbor room door knocking. And we arrived at the hotel 3AM that night, was waking up by the door knocking around 8 AM. And a fire drill occurred afterwards. So totally a horrible staying in this hotel.

We loved staying here. The rate was reasonable and the room and facility were clean. There were many options to dine out, but also great snacks and drinks available for purchase. Breakfast was served in the lobby every morning and was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

I docked one star because the electrical outlets near the bed in our room were not working. My son has medical equipment that needed to be plugged in and the battery died early in the night, which presented some challenges for our family. Other than that, pleasant stay. We’ve stayed here before without issue.

We stayed at the Hampton because of its proximity to Boston College. The facilities were excellent. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t make up our room one time - not a big deal but we did have to ask for towels. The staff were always friendly, the wi-fi worked fine, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This property seems like a fairly new one. Our biggest negative was the breakfast. Eggs were just not edible, and other hot items weren’t good either. On the other hand, breakfast is free so can’t complain too much.

Only complaint is that the bathroom door was a barn door that doubled as a closet. There was no sound privacy, did not lock and you could see through the corners. I am not sure what this is about but guests would appreciate a bathroom door that locks

Our stay wasn't the greatest. We were 3 people in a room and only had 1 roll of toilet paper. We ran out and used tissues. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. Finally, at check out, we were rushed out and not asked how our stay was. Not a place we will be staying at again.
