Great stay convenient to Boston's historic area.

We arrived a couple hours early and they had our room ready for early check-in. Very good sized, clean and comfortable room. Location is excellant to everything in historic and waterfront area of Boston. Very happy with our stay here.

Outdated but comfortable

The hotel was giving 2000’s cruise ship vibes and could certainly use a refresh. Even adding a few USB charging ports would have been appreciated. Despite that, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The location was about a 15 minute walk to most things you’ll want to see in Boston and had a subway station just steps from the front door. Not bad for the price.

The property was conveniently located one street over from Faneuil Hall and a 3 minute walk from the waterfront. 10 minutes to the North End. Lovely restaurant onsite for break for cocktails and late night food. Downside was the room with the atrium view. Next time i would be sure to book a room with an outside view. I found it a bit claustrophobic.

It’s a decent hotel with no amenities. There’s no coffee machines in the room, no coffee to be had on site without paying a lot for it, and the TVs are old enough to not have any apps on them to watch anything but basic cable.

This is a great spot. The staff and rooms/common areas/hallways/elevator are great. Really. I was very pleasantly surprised to see a painting/print of Peter Wolf in the hall outside my door. He is a Boston rock and roll legend. Few people would recognize him, but I did and I loved it.

Personal and Perfect

We had such a wonderful stay at the Harborside Inn in Boston. They held our bags as we ran to see a ballgame at Fenway just after flying into town. The Aquarium blue line is steps away and they made sure we had a map and dining recommendations which was so helpful. Kudos to Danielle aka Danni at the front desk, she was a fast friend and made us feel right at home. Tony too and everyone was always so helpful. The breakfast we ate at the hotel restaurant was delicious and I can’t say enough positive about the service. This hotel is a comfortable place close to the waterfront and everything else in Boston. We couldn’t have made a better decision than to stay with our new friends at the Harborside Inn. I loved the bed and slept excellent and my husband was tickled to find the movie library of DVD and VHS as we enjoyed watching a movie in our room after a long day of sightseeing. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower but once I changed the settings then it was better but not strong. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel. If you stay, say hello to Danielle and Tony from us!
