Television cable had no guide and no guide was provided in the room so you couldn't tell what was what... Food and service were good but the hotel overall is older and needs work. No paper towels in the restroom next to parking garage.

The property gets very high marks for everything except the cost of the parking, and the incredibly bright circular light in the bathroom. The best part was the easy walk to Newberry Street, full of dining and shops.

The room had a view, but the room was not cozy or as nice as I thought I was getting for the high price. The room was damp (poor air conditioning?) and didn’t smell nice. I paid a lot for this room for a romantic night with my boyfriend - disappointing.
