Where are the vegan options?
Think they need to modernise as the room was very dark even with an the lights on. My room safe didn't work and i had to call someone to fix it. No light in the closet. Also breakfast options very limited if you're vegan (no non-dairy yogurt for example). Buffet expensive at $32. Overall, I wasn't impressed even though I'm a Hilton Gold member.

The front desk staff seemed unfriendly. I was also frustrated when I asked for a late checkout they said they would have to charge me. $400 a night and you can’t even get a full day. The size of this hotel seems like they could’ve been more accommodating

My reservation was for the wrong day, made by Expedia customer service staff and not cancelled or corrected after I gave same day notice of error. We did not get told you get 2 free waters a day or that you get a credit every day for food or beverage. They do charge you for parking on property even if you’re staying there which I think is crazy should be allowed since you’re staying there. Over all it was clean but when we got over charged by a new employee by accident management shrugged it off as no big deal when I asked by the incidental charge was so high.

room assignment on 4 th level in front of elevator, noise till 2 am in front of the hotel windows , it was big working truck with lights and sirens on , not able to sleep before my early flight in the morning. Overpriced already plus resort charges . Location was good .

The dark wallpaper combined with the very dim lights was not ambient. It seemed more like you were saving money on electricity. It was very hard to see anything and every lightbulb look like it was below the white max needed to showcase anything. All the doors squeaked and needed to be adjusted.
