Everything was clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere. We love Hilton so you won't lose us over this! Thanks for listening.

Great, convenient location. Too bad they were under construction so there were naturally some things unavailable - not the end of the world. However only two elovaters available and there were a number of students staying at the hotel attending a conference which caused the elovaters to be tied up and waits to go to or from your room were pretty lengthy.

We stayed in a literal construction zone. No notice was given to us that the hotel would be under these conditions during our stay. We had to switch rooms twice. Once because the window was not sealed and there was a blizzard outside. The other because extremely loud construction was taking place on the floor above us and woke us up in the morning. At no point did any staff member apologize or try to take measures to improve our stay. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and would not recommend.

Worst hotel stay ever. Booked in a room right below renovation construction. Very loud banging scraping drilling sanding we could not even hear ourselves speak. Resulting in little sleep horrible headaches and aggravated allergies. They made no offer of concession only to move my room which is an inconvenience even further. Many other patrons were also complaining for the same reason or worse some of them having no water. Completely unacceptable management practice to book people in the midst of Renovations that are that loud and disruptive. I'll be doing my best not to book anything further with Hilton.

Terrific room, we always appreciate a second chair/sofa and still spacious. The property is undergoing renovations which made bar/evening dining unavailable and weekdays noisy, but the staff made extra efforts to accommodate all we needed. easy walk to back bay amenities and the T. Check in was great. I'm tall, so I struggle with looking down at name tags. It feels awkward, especially if someone presents as female, I am a male. My check in attendant was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them, but I didn't catch their name. Maybe at check there could be a nameplate? Or perhaps it's just me. Thanks!
