The hotel is undergoing massive renovations, which was never disclosed in advance. The gym is closed. The bar is closed, etc. There are workers everywhere, and the smell and sounds of the construction are disruptive. Moreover, they didn’t honor the king corner room I had booked on Hotels.com and blamed your website for not sending in the correct info.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere. We love Hilton so you won't lose us over this! Thanks for listening.

Great, convenient location. Too bad they were under construction so there were naturally some things unavailable - not the end of the world. However only two elovaters available and there were a number of students staying at the hotel attending a conference which caused the elovaters to be tied up and waits to go to or from your room were pretty lengthy.
