Practically Perfect in every way!
Always a great stay. Starts with friendly, personable valet who smile and welcome you while assisting with luggage. These guys are great with directions and tips in restaurants, sights, and most anything you want to know during your stay. Check-in easy and quick. Staff offers information on amenities and currently a discount card for restaurant/and Tradesman coffee shop. (Definitely stop by coffee and pastries/breakfast sandwiches- fresh and superbly tasty)! Rooms are clean with mini fridge, coffee maker, blackout shades. Beds cozy comfy with plenty of pillows. Shower pressure and sundries relaxing. Have stayed here multiple times with family and friends, summer, fall, and winter- excellent location. Able to walk to Seaport, North End, Faneuil Hall, MGH, beacon Hill, Downtown Crossing -& more. Prices comparable and often lower- This is luxury and convenience in one! Only downside: need a loyalty program.

This is a lovely heritage hotel and it was extra festive at Christmas time. It's a beautiful building and a great location downtown... although being downtown does come with some noise. Not a place for light sleepers.

The Dagny is centrally located from historical sites, shopping, the aquarium, eateries and bars. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!
