i loved staying here. the rooms are fantastic, the views are incredible, everything is crisp and clean. the decor is amazing. the only issue i ran into was i needed a microwave to heat up baby milk. when i called down the man was very rude and said we don’t have that here. when i said im happy to even use an employee break room one quickly he repeated himself with “ok???” at the end. super rude. other than that one moment, excellent experience

Somebody tried to break into our room and no It was not housekeeping. My wife was terrified as the intruder kept trying the door as she screamed at the intruder. Security was contacted and came to the room. We asked for them to review camera footage and report back to us so we could get some sleep. Security advised us non of the cameras work on that floor. We observed two persons of possible interest thru the periphery hole and let security know. Hotel appears the could care less about events like this. Thought at least somebody in hotel would have contacted us. Dagny might be art deco but it is not a safe hotel! Stay away!
