The room was clean & like new. Our toilet didn’t flush and was reported twice, never offered a new room. Additional fees were removed at check out for inconvenience. Ice maker didn’t work. Lots of add on fees. Good restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and has great service. Delicious food at the restaurant and a nice sitting area (like a library) to relax. Over all great experience, only comment is that the vending machines on 4 floors didn't work.
