Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was stylish, clean and felt very safe. I was disappointed by how I could hear nearly everything that went on in my neighbors room, from conversation to even a quiet sniffle. There was enough of a gap between the floor and the shared doors between rooms that we could see light from their room and the flooring. If we stay again, I'll be sure to ask for a non-adjoining room. Other than that, very pleased.

Winter in Boston

We stayed three nights with two young children. Very quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed hotel. Great sandwiches and coffee at the Tradesman Cafe downstairs. Walkable to Freedom Trail, Commons, Aquarium, etc. Nice to have a view! Hotel was accommodating about parking and late check-out, and we felt taken care of without being micro-observed. Very good gym. Our beds were a little bit soft.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, and the service was outstanding. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to many attractions and convenient transportation options. I highly recommend staying here!

I had booked two rooms for a quick family weekend getaway. I called the property letting them know I was going with two minors the wife and a small puppy. Also made sure Expedia made notes asking for connecting rooms or at least rooms that are close to each other. I had problems at check in, all the requests previously made by us were not considered. They put us in a standard room although I told them multiple times we had booked the higher class suite, after showing the Expedia booking to the receptionist she tried to convince me the room I was in it was actually a better room. We ended up having to change rooms afterwards and it felt like either they didn’t know what they were doing or they were just lying. The put the double bed by the elevator at 1522 and the wife and I at the end of the second hall at 1512 fun fact about 1512 you can hear all the doors opening and closing all night from the Econof being in the middle of two halls. Windows are poorly insulated and you can hear people yelling and cars! The vending machine broke down on us couldn’t get water, the hotel did provide water but didn’t fix the machine or gave me my money back. The food got to the room cold. The manager told me he was going to contact me but never did.
