Everything went well except we had cleaning service opening our door at 8am when checkout was not until 12. We also had kids running up and down our hallways making noises a good part of the night.

This has been the worse experience in any hotel ever. -We had a late checkin, and when we asked for some toiletries and towels (which were not enough) the checkin agent asked us to come down and collect it on our own. -The carpet in the room had a sticky mess on it. They didn’t bother to clean. -The door to the room, ones got to be flash or something to be able to open it. It’s arcane -The worst was the toilet. Takes 3 flushes, the water level is really high in the pot so sitting on it is super uncomfortable. -The coffee pot had water already which was old with scaling in it. -The alarm was set for 4.30 am -Despite hanging privacy card, the housekeeper invariably knocked every morning. -The staff and customer service is absolutely abysmal. -We asked for extra towels day 1, today is day 3 and we are checking out. The towels apparently are still on their way. We called the front desk for every issue, they just said yes and leave it be. Seems like they are aware of all the issues and are trained to ignore them.

The accommodations were very modest certainly not worth the price the bathroom toilet look like it was for midgets so old and antiquated the service at the restaurant downstairs was nonexistent not worth the price two stars

The property is an ill repair. The worst part is there is loud music blaring 24 seven going up into the atrium where your room is and even with white noise you can hear it. There was a fire alarm every morning and you had evacuate and wait for the fire department to come. Multiple Davis of this is very frustrating and I guess it’s par for the course for the system with that hotel. Horrible experience.
