I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

When I first arrived at my room, I noticed a few boxes left outside a couple of rooms on my floor—pizza boxes, beer cases, and what was essentially trash from current guests. About 12 hours later, the boxes were still there, which was disappointing. That’s just one example. On a positive note, the gym was great, and I really appreciated the infused water available for guests. I had breakfast on my first morning, but didn’t return after that. The service was extremely slow, and I had to ask for a coffee refill four times.

The room had an overpowering perfume scent. The tub drained extremely slowly. The room was hot and the AC would work when it wanted to. The pool area was nice but closes at 8. The main lobby and hallways seemed clean.
