Would recommend!

We were looking for a hotel near Beth Israel hospital and this was within walking distance. Dana farber, children’s hospital and Brigham womens are all near each other so this location is great if you are in Boston for any of those places. They also offer valet parking so no stress about parking in Boston.

I am in a very unique situation so it's hard to rate my experiences. All lot could have been better, I get it some were for jokes, but if this was a free hotel, I could handle joking all day long. At some point this property and others need to understand I am actually paying for my stay. Rick - when I called down to see if I could get a late checkout, he screamed at me, said I was causing problems (which wasn't true) if asking for clean sheets is a problem, then he can call me a troublemaker all day long. Then he said I am in this hotel every week, it was my second visit, the first I stayed for two days...which none of this is his business. Very unprofessional. Then my heat was turned off, I actually thought that as funny but having to repeatedly ask for clean sheets was a big bother for me. The staff most of them, especially Jen are nice and professional.
