The room was very clean and modern. Staff was incredibly helpful with my wife’s special dietary restrictions. The hotel was a welcome place to come back to after a busy, chaotic day exploring Bostons historical locations. Would definitely do it again.

Lisa deserves a promotion and bonus
The stay was excellent. We couldn’t find the Do Not Disturb sign for the door. I called up the front desk and told them we did not want the room serviced the unknown agent stated she would personally inform the HK Supervisor not to service the room. We returned late at night and found that the room was serviced. It wasn’t too much of a big deal but I am in the hospitality business and I informed the Front Desk Attendant Lisa the next day while we were checking out. Lisa I felt was what the industry needs. Lisa offered us a complimentary breakfast but was unable due to catching a flight. I would like Lisa to be recognized and rewarded for her exceptional customer service and commitment to keeping the customer satisfied.
