The hotel overall is nice; however, although it's close to the airport, it's on the other side of the bay from downtown, so an Uber to downtown was $20 one way. The inside of the hotel was nice, and they had a bar and restaurant. I will say the insulation between rooms isn't great, and you can hear the TV from the next room. Also, there is some sort of plastic cover on the mattress, which makes the bed sound like you're lying on plastic sheets. It was sufficient for one night, but I would not recommend this as a place to stay if you plan to stay and visit Boston.

The room felt clean and the AC kept the room cool, but the unit was noisy and rattled so we couldn't sleep with it running. The beds were not that comfortable, mostly because the sheets weren't all that soft and the pillows went flat. The mattress was a bit on the firm side and didn't feel cozy. The bedding at Hampton Inn is much softer and more comfortable. The dinning room staff was very nice and the service was great!

Get ready to walk to your shuttle from the airport. It was a very long walk. The hotel is a four minute drive from the airport. If you end up going early in the morning they won’t have any rooms to check you into early. I suggest you book your flight closer to check in time. I was in and out of the hotel and it was quiet. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was nice. Would return again.

I had a reservation for two nights. I needed another night so I had two reservations. They were unable to combine them and told me to check in again. When I returned from sightseeing, I was criticized me for not re-checking in sooner. I was not told there was a time deadline. Also, the shower leaked and the TV had a short circuit/ loose wire.
