The hotel was convenient to get to Gillette. Our key kept not working so that was frustrating to have to keep going to the desk. They were helpful and efficient, but just an inconvience.

The room was large and bed was comfortable. We stayed because we had a concert at Gillette. There was no hot water, the bathtub didnt drain, and toilet stopped flushing the morning of check out.

We came and chose this hotel because of the pool, and we came from a far distance for a weekend. We went to go to the pool and they told us it was closed. It should be posted if your pool is closed. Very disappointed with that and because of the inconvenience all I got was a complimentary breakfast. Would love to speak with management of this establishment if possible’s but at this point it’s in the past. Everything else was good but would recommend calling first or looking elsewhere

The bed was clean, everything else was horrible, my key wouldn't work and also my lamps, mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. I was looking forward for the pool, wanted to surprise my woman, come to find out the pool been closed for months. Terrible experience, never again will i stay there or recommend anyone else.
