Easy to navigate the area. This hotel is in a nice, safe, walkable neighborhood. Close to restaurants, and only ten minute walk to main train station. Room was clean and updated furniture.

On our first night into town from Colorado to Boston our plane came in late around 9:30- 10 . So I made a call directly to hotel to inform we are on our way & was assured, we were good . Got there with my family of 6 after midnight & was told our room was given away & there was nothing that could be done about it , but a 1 queen and the floor . In the morning went to talk with someone & was just dissatisfied on any interest to make things right as well as being locked in the breakfast area due to the time without warning . So my wife made a decision 1) it would be better to sleep in our rent a car than come back there , but we lucked out at the Marriott & was 180 degrees better I would not suggest anyone to let your family of 4 young children stay the night there absolutely horrible

We got in really early from our cruise and were allowed to eat breakfast and hang out in the lobby. The chairs were so comfortable my husband fell asleep. A room was ready early and we were allowed to check in early. So pleased.

Rooms were very nice. Property was very nice and safe. Staff were not very customer friendly. We got to the hotel several hours early. I have a severe back problem and wanted to check in early ( willing to pay early check in) but there were no rooms available. Was told if I stuck around they would let me know when one was available. So I waited in the lobby for several hours. I was never called. At a couple minutes before 3pm ( normal check in time) I went to the desk and was told my room was now ready. I found out that the rooms had been ready for more than 2hours. The clerk didn’t even recognize that I had been waiting even though she was the one who had me wait. Terrible customer service.

Overpriced
Room rate was ridiculous. Our beautiful suite in Martha's Vineyard was almost the same price. On top of that, There is an airport shuttle, but they charge for it. Staff was exceptional and bed was very comfy.

Party on Patio outside Window
Our stay was fine. Room appeared clean and comfortable. We had a 1st floor room with the hotel patio outside our window. We were both awakened at 3:30 am from a group of 12+ adult people partying loudly on the patio. Not happy about that.
