Once i entered the hotel lobby i was greeted by a nasty look on Steve's face whonwas the front desk attendant. Steve obviously did not want me there judging from his rude comments and claims of my card and funds being insufficient though online banking said otherwise. I even provided a separate credit card which he claimed would decline before even swiping it. I later learned from the credit card company he had been setting the authorization amount alot higher than needed possibly looking for a decline. Ultimately Steve told us to get out of the hotel instead of maybe taking cash or my fellow travelers card. Trash service even if he been there 11 years as he continued to state.

Bonjour j’ai pas resté à ‘hôtel Holiday Inn Express à la ville Saugus du 31 août au 2 sept. A mon arrivé à l’hôtel il a demander un dépôt de 100$ avec carte de crédit les deux cartes que je possédais ne fonctionnait pas. Ils ont refusé l’accès à la chambre. J’ai demandé de parler au gérant et je lui demande si je donner argent comptant il m’a dit non,à pas de carte de crédit pas de chambre J’ai pas resté à l’hôtel Holiday Inn Express ville Saugus Boston du 31 août au 2 sept. Le gérant m’a simplement refusé l’accès à la chambre. Là réceptionniste que j’ai parlé Cathleen J’étais obligé de me trouver un autre hôtel j’ai resté à l’hôtel la Quinta Inn & suites 8 Keewaydin drive Salem New Hampshire 03079 Michel Mc Callum 514-887-4391 Merci bonne journée
