We booked a total of five rooms and all the rooms smell muggy. One of the rooms I stay in, the sheet and blanket stink like damp wet smell. I couldn't stand the smell, so I requested to move to a new room. The front desk guy was nice and fast service when I hand up the phone the new key to the new room was brought up to my room. This hotel was okay compared to the one in Southbay.

The room was clean and well equipped with plates and utensils. Plenty of space for our baby crib that we brought in with us. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff are very helpful. The elevators and the walkways are nice and modern. The only odd thing was the “every other day room cleaning” schedule.

We were really excited for an adult trip and swimming without kids. We booked a month in advance. Got there and nothing was said. We changed into our swimsuits and went down to swim and it was dark and locked. The custodian didn't know why it was closed so we went to ask the front desk. They said the heater was broken. Disappointing especially bc it was the only reason we chose the hotel and it is their first picture advertised

Pool was closed and upon check front desk had no idea why. We were told we could use the conference room for a large gathering family dinner. 2 hours before everyone showed up we were told we could not use the conference room so had to have the large family dinner in the lobby. Reserved a wheelchair accessible room was put into a hearing/vision accessible room and then had to move rooms while having the family dinner. Usually we love this hotel but this experience was horrible and disappointing
