In general, it is pretty good. It's clean and everything seems to be new. The breakfast is also pretty good. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the sofa bed is uncomfortable!

The hotel is right next to Sonic. During the night around midnight people were beeping and laying on their horns in the Sonic drive thru. The other issue is that the AC wasn’t working well so we would open the window for air flow and the car horns would be awful. Ask for an odd numbered room so it isn’t facing Sonic.

Cassie as brilliantly kind and helpful. She not only held our luggage for us (we arrived way before checkin) but she also promised to call us as soon as a room was available and she did in fact keep that promise! The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious but it offered a variety of options. The complimentary breakfast is a perfectly nice touch to a consistently excellent stay.

I am shocked that the room we got was even allowed to be used as a suite. We needed a room for three people. It said it had a pull out bed and king size bedroom. The pull out couch was worse than awful. First off the couch is not even a full size couch it’s more of a love seat. The cushions were stained and sagging. When pulled out the mattress was about 2 inches think. It was like sleeping on springs as you could feel every one of them. So I needed up sleeping on a love seat for four nights. The air conditioner banged every 30 minutes so you woke up. The cover to the hvac system was broken so it was hanging open. No one entered the room in four days to clean the room. Bath tub was chipped. Room is tired and in need of an update. For the price I paid it was absolutely ridiculous. Also you have to pay for parking every night. Wednesday evening they have a reception which was salad and cheese. Sad. Will not stay there again when in the area

was a very nice room, was very clean. furniture was a little scratched up but it was fine. highway was right next to the hotel so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us. not as close to salem as the expedia distance said but it was still manageable. breakfast options were normal and small but still good and clean. enjoyed our stay

The hotel is definitely on the worn side. For the money I was expecting a much better facility. Didn't meet mine or my wife's expectations for cleanliness. 2 nights for 500 hundred dollars we execpted a much nicer facility

The property was terrific! The staff were very welcoming and attentive. We lost a ring in our room and didn’t realize until after we checked out. We went back to look for it and the amazing employee, named King (lived up to his name), helped us find it and had us back on the road within minutes after circling back! Highly recommend this stay for anyone!
