Clean better.

The breakfast was okay, had no flavour but i guess thats to be expected when its free. The staff was not very friendly at all, maybe 2 of the 6 people we interacted with were nice, the manager however was very pleasant. Our room didn't seem like it was cleaned/ stocked fully. There was gum and trash right by the fridge and we had 1 of each towel, 1 small 1 medium 1 full size. Definitely not the amount that should be in there.

The hotel was pretty good but my one complaint is the valet. For $60 a night, i would have expected it to be an easy process and it was far from it. We waited in the valet line upon arrival for about 30 minutes. We figured it was normal because it was a little after check in time. Then the next morning we waited about 30 minutes again to retrieve the car. We tried texting the number prior because they said it would take about 15 minutes and the service was not working. So we had to wait again for the car. We then came back at about 5:30 to retrieve our other car, again the texting service was still not working, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for the car. Due to the valet and the hotel not having self parking, we would not stay here again.

the property is nice, parking is $60 which is insane and the room could've been cleaner, the stove top and fridge were both dirty. the pool was heated which was nice, not too many walkable dinner options.

Very comfortable and spacious

The room was beautiful! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the sheets seemed too small for the bed and kept popping off 😅 the staff in the lobby were very friendly and helpful. The area was nice and close to the cruise ship docks and had several nice restaurants in the area.

Decent stay, needs work on services

Overall the hotel was decent and a short walking distance to the convention center. However I did experience a few issues during my stay. I checked in the night before arrival and picked my room, then I get there and was offered a different room. Ok no big deal. I accepted the change and moved on. I arrive to my room, unpacked my luggage, and attempt to shower but the drain was out and the handle was so tight we couldn’t turn the water on so we called for assistance. It only took a few min for someone to arrive but she seemed upset that we asked for help so late at night (flight was delayed) and when we explained that the drain was out she responded that the guest needs to be the one that puts the drain in. Almost like we should have known how to fix this ourselves. She proceeded to fix it which honestly took her a few min so it couldn’t have been something the guest is expected to do at arrival. Then as she was walking out she stated it was too cold and turned out temp up. Without even asking us if we wanted it to be changed. Then at checkout we called and asked if the hotel had a scale to weigh our luggage, we went down after about 30 min and the front desk staff said the scale is broken but they did have a handheld scale but just needed to find batteries. We told them it was okay we had to leave for the airport soon. Overall the hotel is clean enough, the bed was decent and the location was nice but for the money I paid each night the service didn’t impress me.
