Waited over 45 minutes to check in, turns out that my room wasn’t available and the only thing they offered was a downgrade without giving me a reason or a credit because the manager wasn’t present at the moment. The room they gave me smell like someone smoked in and they had an air purifier to clean the room. Never again!

Hotel and stay were very pleasant. Only issue was the in-room dishwasher was mounted so that the controls were under the counter-top when closed and could not be run. I believe I was charged a fee for not cleaning the dishes which seems unfair. I haven't confirmed that fee yet though.
