Extremely disappointed with Homewood Suites by Hilton inflexible cancellation policy, which refused to provide a refund despite my flight being cancelled due to weather. Despite presenting clear documentation of the airline cancellation, the hotel insisted on enforcing their 'non-refundable' policy, leaving me with no option but to pay for a room I couldn't use. This lack of understanding and customer service during a stressful travel situation is unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you value flexibility and fair treatment when facing unexpected travel disruptions.
