I really loved my stay at AKA Downtown, so I was excited to try AKA Back Bay — but it ended up being a bit disappointing. The location is great, but my standard room was very small and felt a bit dated. For the high price, I really expected more. On top of that, the street noise was a bout annoying during the night.

The staff not one time said hey how are you today or anything whenever we came in. It would be different if they had people at the desk but they weren’t. As we were leaving for the airport interesting of saying would you guys like someone to get your bags outside for you they watched us drag them down the stairs. I am also in a boot so it’s a little hard for me to walk so it would’ve been nice if I was asked if need help

I can’t say enough of the hospitality and superb service that I received at the Hotel AKA Back Bay . From the front entrance the counter and cleaning staff were awesome . I also ate at the Berkeley , delish !! I was so pleased that I have booked another trip and I’m staying at the Hotel AKA again !!! Thank you , everyone!!
