Immaculate hotel in a great location. In particular the staff were outstanding. From the doormen, valets and front desk staff everyone was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is excellent - they just renovated. The rooms are great. The products in rooms are incredible - Malin and Goetz and dry bar blow dryers. Nick at the front seat is the nicest!!!! Would 💯 recommend and will stay there again in the future.

I appreciated the refillable Path water bottles given at check in. The staff was extremely friendly and gave great recommendations of restaurants near by. The room was spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. It’s close to excellent dining and bars. Right across the street from Fenway. The Kenmore subway station is literally right outside the front door. Highly recommended. There is some construction in the lobby and the seafood restaurant is closed which was a bummer.

While we enjoyed certain aspects of our visit, there were a few issues that impacted our overall experience. We arrived at approximately 1:30 a.m. and had difficulty locating someone at valet. Once we did, it took some time for assistance to arrive. Unfortunately, bell service was unavailable, and my husband had to load and push two luggage carts through two different elevators at 2:00 a.m., all while we had two small children with us. By the time we were settled in, it was 3:00 a.m. The following day, we slept in due to our late arrival. Housekeeping knocked on our door several times. When I informed the staff member that we needed about 45 minutes to vacate the room (around 4:00 p.m.), she expressed frustration, stating she needed to leave early. Despite my explanation that my husband was in the shower, she crossed her arms and responded that she could not wait. This interaction felt unprofessional and added unnecessary stress to our stay. That said, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Additionally, while the property was under construction, we appreciated that it did not disrupt our stay.
