Rooms are small for the price charged. You get a bed and no work or seating area. Only one elevator was in service for this 12 floor hotel. Elevator used by guests and hotel service staff leading to long wait times. Would not stay here again.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 20 mins. Including the Seaport area, theater district, Commons and Fanuill Hall. The staff was friendly, the room clean and the bed comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

One tiny elevator for the whole place - Plan to wait a lot and use the stairs for the first 3-4 floors (most customers on those floors were doing so). I was told the other elevator had been out for several months. The cleaning and routine property maintenance staff were kind - amazing considering they ALSO had to use the one remaining elevator. I’d expect much more, even for a diminished Hyatt “Centric” version of Hyatt.
