This property is located on the Freedom Trail which made it nice to pop out the front door and hit the trail. We felt the mattresses were pretty worn and needed to be replaced. There were defined impressions where most people sleep. The shower is a small square which makes it difficult to turn on and adjust the temperature without getting sprayed ahead of time

Hyatt Centric was right in the heart of pretty much everything! Easy for most train and bus lines, lots of food choices within walking distance and even on the property. The staff was all extremely friendly. The products within the room were upscale and they even provided makeup remover and vanity kits. We are already planning our next stay!

Didn’t even get to step foot into my room spent almost 400$ for a night and they couldn’t accommodate parking for non valet I had to drive 3 hours back home definitely don’t recommend this place at all I’d never even attempt a room here again.

I really enjoyed how close it was to the subway system and just a small walk to Quincy Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. The room was a bit small and the bed was awkwardly placed close to the window which made it challenging to get on the bed from one side. Overall, we had a great experience.

The staff was extremely helpful, location was perfect for sites, food and entertainment, and located in walking distance to easy public transportation. Did not have to rent a vehicle or look for parking due to that!

when in Boston, especially near Faneuil hall and Td garden , i will not stay anywhere else. Very close walking distance to everything , beautiful lobby with all amenities. Great food in the restaurant so you don’t even have to leave. all of the staff, from check-in to check out were awesome 😊. .special shout out to Keith. It’s a good hotel but it’s not on part to the other Hyatt centric’s. I have visited. This is basically like a three star hotel the other hyatt centrics are vibrant. The rooms are modern spacious and convenient. This one has nothing to do with all your other higher Hyatt centric it’s just like a rebranding and they did nothing inside
