We have stayed at the Braintree Hyatt about 5-6 times in the past year during both business and personal trips to the Boston area. It's half the price (or less) than you'd pay to stay downtown or in Cambridge, with free parking (anywhere from $25-$50 a day in town) and a free breakfast. It's just off the intersection of two major highways, and you can easily get to and from the airport on the nearby Logan Express. What's not to like!

The staff were excellent! I ended up at the hotel earlier than expected and after a short wait time, they checked me in my room early! That helped me out ALOT. Plus, they offer complimentary water bottles which was definitely a perk. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel. They have freshly squeezed orange juice!! Delicious.

This is my first time staying at a Hyatt. The room is large but the room is not as updated as i expected. Some of the furniture was damaged and it had broken trim and old tile in the bathroom. It also had peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Staff was friendly and i liked thestores in the area.

Great breakfast, easy check in allowed as we'd just been ubered there from our cruise ship and were tired. They gave us roons as soon as available. Staff gave us pointers on travel around the city. I needed urgent care and it was only 0.6miles away, so we walked. Rx across street at mall was convenient after the appointment.
