Fantastic and Convenient

I stayed here alone for a business seminar and immediately felt very welcome. The women at the front desk were friendly and very happy to show me the fitness room so I could see the equipment. They also gave me details about the breakfast buffet, which was delicious and included gluten free options. I had to make another request from the front desk when the seminar failed to provide anything I could eat for lunch. The gentleman literally ran to the restaurant next-door and picked up a delicious salad with grilled chicken. He was so kind! Checkout was easy, we had a snow storm and the hotel crew did their best to shovel out the cars...everything overall was great. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and the AMC movie theater.

Displeased overall

We were disappointed with this hotel to say the least. I've never seen a Hyatt with standards this low. The bathroom sink plug was broken not allowing water to go down. The towels were stiff and old, and the first one I grabbed to shower with was covered in strange stains. The pillowcases were not clean and had more strange stains on them. In the morning we woke up to noisy neighbors above us and to our side. Then the local police were in the hall knocking door to door and banged on our door until I answered. They interrogated me for 5 minutes or so about a noise complaint. We decided to go for a swim to find out the pool is closed indefinitely although not disclosed online. This hotel was much nicer last time I stayed a few years backšŸ™
