It was older, the carpet was very frayed in the hallway on the 6th floor. Like coming up in chunks. The decor was dated. I was shocked at how expensive it was to stay there with the dated hotel/room we were in. I expected more for the cost I paid. The pictures online don’t exactly match what we were given. I was also not told about the nightly parking fee or the nightly occupancy tax so it ended up being quite a bit more than I was expecting. $240 more to be exact that I was not informed of.

The bed itself was very comfortable, everything was clean and neat, staff was fabulous, but the building needs a little TLC - bathroom door was all scratched and rugs are tired.

Nice hotel, public transit was close. Only complaint is movies are too easy to access but a child. My room was charged $28 for a movie that wasn't watched because a young child was playing with the remote. Staff however were very helpful at trying to remove the charge.

Not a bad place. Pool is kinda small. They're really good at taking pictures to make it look better then it is. Breakfast was kinda meh. If you plan on having a drink at their bar be prepared to spend an arm and a leg.

House keeping is amazingly attentive, my daughter was sleeping on part of the sofa bed that wasn't part of the bed part. Housekeeper noticed and left us extra bed sheets to cover it. Around the hotel is peaceful and safe to walk around. Only downside is our room faced the front of the hotel and the highway, car noises were extremely loud during the night.

i liked the cleanliness of the hotel but the breakfast options could have been better. Also the friendliness of certain staff definitely needs to be improved. the kitchen staff a woman in particular was rude to myself and another guest when we went to take our plates- her exact words were: lady, wait! don’t touch! i should be able to decide whether i want two plates or one but she arranged it and gave to me when i insisted i needed one and did the same to the other guest. The other staff, especially the reception staff were excellent !

Friendly staff,cleanliness of the hôtel and excellent breakfast with a lot of variety.They honely thing that we can say that we did.not like is the mattress on the sofa bed was not confortable because we can feel the spring under the mattress.Thank you for the excellent stay and we recommends you this hôtel.
