The staff was wonderful and the room was spacious and clean. Parking in the garage was convenient. We would have rated our experience higher but for the following issues: 1. We were under the impression there was a “bar and restaurant“ before we arrived but found out they didn’t exist. The bar was an espresso bar and there were supposedly “shareable appetizers, bistro-style burgers, sandwiches, and salads” but we never found them. We ended up ordering from a local restaurant (“Alfredo’s) which was excellent but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we needed to do this in order to eat. 2. We were surprised to learn there was no closet. 3. Although we booked a room for 2, it almost seemed as if they were expecting 1 person. There was only 1 facecloth and 1 coffee cup in the room.

Hot water went. No hot coffee later. The guy couldn't figure out why when we arrived red light was blinking on phone. Waited until next day and finally got someone. Told him our room needed cleaning but he forgot. No shuttle as advertised from airport. No GF bread option. Loud construction.
